This laptop has completely transformed my daily workflow and leisure time! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by its sleek and modern design. The lightweight build makes it incredibly portable, perfect for those who need to work on the go or travel frequently. Good laptop
The media could not be loaded. Good and fast laptop . If you are looking for a slim laptop for personal or business use, this is a good recommendation. Excellent cost benefit!!! Very simple to set it up. I loved the design, comes with a mouse and an USB adapter that supports a network connection and some additional USB connections. Wi-fi connects right away, received the latest Windows 11 pro updates and improved performance after the update. A good price to get a gift in the holiday to kids or business. ... show more

It's overheat and does not work
I usually don’t leave reviews like this, but I feel like I need to warn other customers about what I’ve experienced. I bought this product hoping it would be a reliable investment, but I was sadly mistaken. From the very beginning, the device overheated—even during light tasks like watching YouTube or doing schoolwork. It wasn’t even under any pressure, yet it still heated up to the point where I had to use an external fan just to keep it running. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and did research to figure out what was wrong. I tried to be patient. But within two days, it was clear something wasn’t right. I contacted Amazon’s support, and they sent me to the manufacturer, who gave me no real solution. I kept going back and forth with no proper help. The first time I contacted an Amazon employee, they told me that in my case I could receive a refund or a replacement. But here I am, months later, with a broken product, no refund, and no replacement. It’s not that I simply didn’t like the product—it stopped working. I even offered to send photos as proof because I have nothing to hide. I’m extremely frustrated. I lost my time, energy, and money on something that should’ve lasted longer than just two or three months. I expected better from both the product and the customer service. If you’re thinking of buying this, please be careful. Make sure you understand the return/replacement window clearly, because once it closes, even if the item is faulty, you might end up stuck with it like I was. ... show more

This is an excellent laptop. It arrived in a neat box, and it was configured and loaded with Windows 11 Pro (The latest operating system from Microsoft). The setup was so very easy. All you need to do is turn it on and follow the simple step by step menus to establish your account. Once the account is established, you can easily connect it to the WIFI and start working. Very responsive and the memory is big enough to accommodate my applications. My daughter is so excited as she was able to load all her games and apps and enjoy the responsive and speedy work on the laptop. She is also using it for her school work. I highly recommend this laptop. It was beyond our expectations. Initially, I was afraid that because the price is good, the laptop would be slow and not able to handle apps, but we have been using it already, and we are extremely happy with this purchase. Also, the screen resolution is clear and responsive. The mouse that came with the machine is very quiet and seems to be of high quality. We are recommending this machine to another friend of ours who is shopping for a laptop. I think you won’t be disappointed! ... show more

Can not beat the price
Excellent laptop for the price...can not beat it! Appears to be high quality and so far it has been very reliable. Processor is fast, performance is great, multi-tasking is a breeze. The screen is crystal clear and sharp. Had no problems connecting to WIFI and the battery life is good. Some laptops the keyboard just don't feel right but not this one. Feels just right. The only improvement I would suggest is buy a wireless mouse. The mouse that comes with it works fine, but I just don't like having to plug in a mouse. Definitely would recommend this laptop. Will not find a better laptop for the price! ... show more
