I own this pump and the motif Luna pump and I used the lansinoh much more often. I used to take turns with pumps and now I've been exclusively using the lansinoh for over a month now. Works amazingly and I appreciate that it starts in one mode and automatically changes mode after 2 minutes AND remembers my last used setting. No need to adjust settings like I do with the motif Luna (it is a great pump though just wish it was as smart). I definitely recommend this pump to pumping moms. ... show more

    • The app sucks
I could never get my phone to connect to the brest pump I called the company and everything and they gave me the same set I already had followed a few time. How every I gave up and just used it any way because baby came early and didn't have time to return. It just not worth the amount for a if or maybe might work. ... show more

I am planning to exclusively pump for my baby so Factors that influenced my pump search were price, portability, noise level and bottle compatibility. I’m so glad I went with the Lansinoh! It is capable of reaching the “hospital strength” suction requirement and is very budget friendly (I had to purchase outright) The cons: Finding information of compatible other brand parts for this pump is next to impossible! (But I experimented and will share my results) Ordering Lansinoh brand replacement parts is tricky! -per many reviews, the off brand membranes do not work so you must order from their website, however they offer free shipping over $25 The tubing isn’t crazy long but the outlet plug is so it works. The Pros: This thing is compatible with inexpensive brand bottles!! I specifically bought Maymom and Parents Choice from Walmart (wide neck) they both attach securely to the pump so I can attach the nipple and feed with 1 container or use the Maymom with rings &discs to store milk. It’s much quieter than I expected. I previously had a Medela pump in style which was super loud. The pump is small and easily portable. It can run on batteries if need be, however I’d recommend investing in the car plug that is Available. Side note; I also purchased BOON bottles early on and the wide neck pump adapter they sell does work to pump directly into those bottles as well. I purchased extra Lansinoh parts that included 2 membranes (minus Extra flanges) from Amazon directly but like I said, the membranes alone need to come from manufacture website. The membranes are super important to maintain suction and not have milk back up into places it shouldn’t be. Of course they are super delicate which is why I like to have extra. ... show more

    • Good pump, but not very convenient
With my other pumps, (I have 3 others) it would take me 20-25 minutes to fully empty. With this pump, it only takes me 15 minutes. I really like the settings and suction. It's very comfortable. That's my favorite part about it. But, you either use batteries, or be plugged in to an outlet. The battery life is terrible. It takes SIX double As and it will not last long. This pump would be 10x better if it could be charged. Probably the next annoying thing Is the duckbills they provide. They don't stick on well. It must be completely dry for them to stay on. There's been many times where it was just slightly moist & the duckbill would fall off mid pump & I would have to fish it out of the bottle with milk in it. Super annoying! Overall, it's a good pump. But I'd spend more money on a more convenient pump that could be charged & would be smaller. ... show more

I got this pump through insurance because it was the highest recommended. I used it right from my daughter's birth no problems. I had a housefire so I had to get a new pump. I bought and was gifted THREE OTHER PUMPS. Expensive ones! They didn't come CLOSE to the amount of milk I got from this, the ease of use, the simple parts to clean, nothing. I had to say forget it and order this again! I got 5 ounces this morning on one breast in 18 minutes after hardly getting 2 ounces in 30 minutes with the other pumps! This thing is so easy it does all the work for you, just trust this strictly breast feeding mama and get stop researching and get this one already! ... show more

    • Comfortable, affordable and easy to use breast pump.
I have waited a while to write this review to really test out the pump. Before my 5th child I didn't really pump much but breastfed all my kids till past one year old. My 5th child can not breastfeed properly so I turned to pumping to feed her and am now exclusively pumping. I have tried out more than 5 breast pumps and this is in my top 2. Firstly, the pump itself is tiny and so much easier to take along with you. Secondly, it connects to the app on my phone and now instead of having to guess when I last pumped I can just look at the app. Thirdly, it is quiet. Obviously it still makes noise but I have tried other pumps and they have been so loud I felt like a cow at a pumping station. Fourthly, this pump is cheap. With all the items you get in the set and it being able to be plugged into the car or run on batteries this has an amazing price. It is inexpensive for such a great quality pump. My fifth reason for liking this pump is that it is really comfortable. It comes with 2 size flanges and I easily found what was comfortable for me. The silicon around the top of the flanges is nice and makes it more comfortable while pumping. Number 6 is that it works with all my pumping bras so no need to buy a specific one for this brand pump. And finally number 7. There are many ways you can change the suction options on the pump so you can really tailor it to what feels good for you and what helps you get the most milk out for your hungry baby. If you are looking for a pump that is discreet, pumps well, inexpensive and reliable I really recommend you try this one out. I am definitely going to recommend to friends and family and to any one that wants to hear. ... show more

    • Good but dosnet work well with app
I bought this over the original model because it connects to your phone but it stops recording my sessions after 9 ish seconds even if I’m pumping for 15 mins it logs it for 9 seconds so I have to go in and change it original model is better and less fuss
