  • Good for the price
Size: 2 Count (Pack of 1) Style: 24mm
I was using Medela nipple shields and was started to buy these instead. You get two for the price of one of the Medela’s plus a carrying case! These worked great for me and my baby until she was able to ween off and breast feed without a shield.

  • Good when nipple is sore
Size: 2 Count (Pack of 1) Style: 24mm
Good when nipple is sore, and stimulating nipple for milk to come out to prepare for your next feeding so baby is not completely tearing your nipple apart the whole time when it’s raw

I bought these after using a different nipple shields and love that these are shorter! My daughter tends to eat faster when using these and not get frustrated waiting for the milk

  • Comparison review with MAM, Medela and purifyou
Size: 2 Count (Pack of 1) Style: 20mm
We’ve used four different brands of nipple shield in our breastfeeding journey. My son has a poor latch and spent the first 8 weeks of his life in the NICU, so we mostly bottlefeed but I wanted to have that bonding time of breastfeeding at least a couple times a day. In case there are others like me that are sitting through the options and trying to figure out what to use, I thought I’d leave this comparison review on all four listings. I hope it helps! So in order from best to worst nipple shields that we used: 1- MAM (5 stars) We use MAM bottles, and this is really an easy transition for the kiddo. It stays on remarkably well, which is very important when the baby likes to grab it! Only downside is the sizes available — 17mm and 23mm. I’m a solid size 20. We use the 17 and it works fine, just a bit snug for me and a bit more difficult to put on. But the most important thing to me is that my son latches easily and it stays put, so this is the clear winner for me! 2- Lansinoh (4 stars). The Lansinoh nipple shields are actually quite different from the other three we tried. They’re thicker for one, which does not feel great on the breast. I do love that they have a shallower nipple, so my nipple fills it almost entirely. My son latches very well to it, but because of the thicker base, it’s easier for him to pull off than the MAM shields (but does not fall off on its own like the Medela below). Still a great nipple shield that we continue to use! 3- Medela (3 stars) This was the first shield that we tried together, in the NICU at the recommendation of one of the nurses. It works fine for us. I do like the thinness of this nipple shield; it feels the most natural of the four shields that we used. There’s really only one reason it’s not our favorite: the nipple sticks really far out so my nipple only fills it less than halfway when we’re taking a breather. That means it’s very easy for my son to pull off, and sometimes it even just falls off. Having to reattach it is frustrating for both of us! 4- Purifyou (1 star) We bought this nipple shield at the same time as we got the MAM and Lansinoh ones so that we could try a few different brands. We couldn’t get it to stay put at all! Even though it’s supposedly the same size as the Medela and Lansinoh ones that we use successfully, it is way too big for my nipple and falls off constantly. My son had a harder time latching using this shield than he does without a shield. ... show more

  • Changed my breastfeeding experience! I'd give 6 stars if I could.
Size: 2 Count (Pack of 1) Style: 24mm
My 7 week old daughter was having trouble with sustained breastfeeding. She was two weeks early and had a really hard time getting a good latch at the beginning. It was extremely painful for me, so we incorporated pumping from the beginning. Even when her latch improved she still preferred the bottles. It was causing me some post pardum-y feelings. I noticed that my let down was really strong, and every time she'd latch she'd nurse for 10 seconds or so and then start screaming and crying. I had tried breast shields at the hospital but it was a no-go. I ordered these after getting the feeling she required more stimulation in the back of her mouth to latch than my nipples could provide. We got them today and it's a GAME CHANGER. For the first time in her life she's nursed to fullness, fallen asleep, and NOT CRIED AT ALL. I'm thrilled and couldn't praise this product higher. I don't know if this specific brand is better than any other, but I do recommend trying nipple shields if you're having trouble with nursing but you're successfully pumping. Good luck!! ... show more
