This was recommended as an effective and natural lip balm and I have found that to be 100% true. I like that it is made of completely natural lanolin that is safe should it be ingested (as anything you put on your lips is going to be!) I find the cream to be rich but not too heavy. It stays in place well and my chapped lips are definitely improved. I always put on a coat before bed so it can help moisturize overnight. I really like how moisturizing this nipple cream is. I am not breastfeeding, but I use it for chafing and dry skin. I also use it to moisturize any other dry area as I struggle with excessively dry skin especially with the colder months. I do like that you can put it on sensitive areas and it has a texture similar to that of petroleum jelly. I like to layer it on any dry area and let it set overnight.
