EDIT: I ended up exchanging these because I was able to get a ride to do so, and I’m SO glad I did because the new size medium is exactly what I hoped for. They fit like a loose baggy harem pant should and I honestly probably wouldn’t have worn the small even though they fit because that elastic was irritating and I personally don’t feel that the small would fit the measurement stated because they don’t have that extra harem pant room and I can’t imagine these would really fit a person at the higher end of the measurements. And I’m petite and fall mid way of the small measurement range! So my advice is consider your measurements but also if you have any hesitation go a size up. I would normally never ever buy any pant in a small but I was well within the small range and I didn’t feel comfortable. Now with the medium I do and I LOVE THEM. Gorgeous, beautiful color, nice quality and I now will be buying more as I’m confident in size medium. I bumped my rating to 5 stars based on the new size medium but I still think those measurements don’t ensure proper fit. I'm so mad at myself that I went with the small I stead of medium. Too much trouble to exchange. I chose small because measurements are exact same to another pair of harem pants I have but they aren't even close. The waist is OK. I'd prefer it looser with sensitive skin. My biggest regret is that I won't be able to wear these absolutely GORGEOUS pants with leggings underneath like I do my others. So sad. Most gorgeous pants. Excellent in every way. Just do not go with the smaller size if you're hedging between sizes. Go with the large of the two. I'm really worried I won't be able to wear these much and I love them so. Wonderful quality. I could cry. They're really amazing. I should've known better and go with the medium especially since I like my clothes looser. I'm bummed. It's hard to buy online. Well, now I know. But these are stunning. But I do think the measurements suggest they fit bigger than they are which can cause to buy wrong size. Bottom line a small is for a SMALL as in size 4 US, in my opinion, for that loose baggy harem style.

Love these pants! Pretty and perfect. I ordered the size that the size guide said would fit the first time and they shrunk in the wash, so I ordered another pair in the size I actually am the second time and they shrunk in the wash but this time they fit perfectly. I'm lucky I have a daughter who can wear the first pair! These shrink in the wash so be careful of the sizing. I'm 5'6" and 170 lbs and an XL are perfect after being washed. Go up larger if you want them to be Xtra comfy. They shrink quite a bit so I could have gotten them even bigger and they would have worked out great. Next time I'll get xxl.

These are my most favorite pants!!! I have them in 4 different colors/patterns and I can wear them with almost anything... Except I haven't found the right way to wear them in the winter, because I have no idea what other type of footwear looks good with them other than flip flops, sandals or barefoot... I do throw on a pair of furry boots to run errands and stuff in, but I'm not sure how silly it might look, but I don't mind because I'm comfortable!

I can't buy enough of these pants. The smocked waist is sooo comfortable and these are the only brand of boho harem type pants that do not creep up into the nether regions when I sit down. Also, the material they're made of, rayon, is super soft, but not too soft. They retain their shape when you wash them (but don't put them in the dryer) and the fabric doesn't get all wrinkled. Don't stop making these please!

I am 5' tall 135 lbs and finding pants that fit without being too long is nearly impossible! I can not believe how comfortable these are. The pockets hold my iphone 12 max with room for more. The elastic waist is super comfortable and true to size. For the price point I am getting one in all the colorways! They are that awesome.
