Great fit, can't wait to wear it! Given the price, I am nervous about potential discoloration mentioned in other reviews as I haven't worn it yet (it's for a vacation coming up), but I will update my review if it happens to me. The fit is so perfect, cuts up the thigh just enough that it doesn't make you look boxy, the perfect amount of booty coverage for me (not full coverage but your butt isn't hanging out either), I typically like sweetheart cut but this works well for a swimsuit to hold you in while still having support to keep you lifted and looking good. And most importantly, a good amount of tummy control and ruching to flatter the tummy and make you feel held in (currently post c-section and it does a great job camouflaging the incision and belly pouch it caused). I am 5'2, about 145 lbs and got a size medium - I'd say true to size - keeping in mind it will be a bit snug to hold you in, if you want it less tight, go up a size. ... show more

LOVE THESE BATHING SUITS! As a PP mom I needed a bathing suit I would feel confident in and this was it! I ended up buying it in 4 colors. Black is a staple, the pink was a total beauty on. Hugs you all in the right places and made the girls look good as well. I felt covered as a new mom but also not like I was hiding anything either. Beautiful color. Runs a little small? I’m 5’1” and 120 lbs and will need to go up from an 8 to a 10. My Tommy bahama size 8 fits perfect so I’m going to return and order new size. Has ruching through the middle but the fabric isn’t very thick, so when it gets wet it’s going to suction to the body even more. ... show more

I’ve always been a fan of la Blanca suits, and turned to the brand again post-DMX with DIEP flap. I’m still very sensitive and very conscious of my nipple-less circles and the indent there. I fill out the top and the light padding smooths that indent. The light ruching also smooths the “Ken doll” effect and little hip flaps from my hip incisions. I’m sure I’ll come back to la Blanca again after my stage 2 revision - this is a great suit and I still feel cute/sexy even though my body is in flux. ... show more

Does it look good? Yes. Slimming? Yes. Worth the price? No. I got it on sale and I still wouldn’t pay the sale price if I had to do it again. Also, when swimming, the bust part of the swimsuit would fill with water and pull down. Looks great sitting by the pool but not meant to swim in.

I really love the fit of this suit! I bought it in three colors; pink blue and seafoam. I never have to pull out a wedgie, has great support and it really does help with tummy control. But the material is so odd. I have never had a suit stain or fade as much as these suits. All three colors. I've worn them in pools and in oceans, but they are all the same. There are stains all down the front where I usually sweat. I'm wondering if it is sunblock, maybe. Either way, even though I love the suit, I won't be buying from this company again. ... show more
