Updated review after contact from Lamgool customer service: I purchased this product 3 months ago to use for inflating my road bike’s tires. I’ve had two issues: 1) The package was missing the Presta to Schrader adapter. Annoying, but as these are cheap and plentiful I wasn’t too fussed. 2) The battery is charged via a USB-C port. You'd think you could use any USB-C based power supply, however, for some reason, it will only charge if the power is coming through a USB-A to USB-C cable. I tried three different USB-C setups (my iPad charger, my MacBook Pro power supply, and an AOHI charger with a USB-C to USB-C connection or, in the case of the MacBook power supply, Apple's cable from the power brick. After Lamgool customer service informed me that only USB-A to USB-C connections were supported, I tried the AOHI adapter using a USB-A to USB-C connection and it works. So, keep your charging setup in mind. But, you may ask, how well does it pump up tires? The answer is GREAT. It inflates my skinny road bike tires to 120 PSI in almost no time, and a single charge is worth a full inflation (after changing a tube, say), and a dozen or more top-offs. ... show more

I purchased this to refill the tires on my adult tricycle, because I’m a disabled senior and using a hand pump was going to be really hard for me. It worked very well, and I was happy with it. A few month later, it stopped working! I went back and read the one star reviews, and it’s obviously a very common problem! I left a negative review about my experience and contacted the seller. The seller was very nice and sent a replacement item. The new one is working great, so far! I was very happy with the customer service I received! If this one quits, I’ll update my review. Some users seem to be having trouble operating the unit, but it’s pretty simple: 1) To turn it on, press and hold the POWER button for several seconds. 2) Press the MODE button several times until the screen shows the item you want to inflate (car, motorcycle, bicycle, ball). 3) Adjust the desired PSI if necessary by pressing the + or - buttons. 4) Attach the tube on the unit to your valve stem firmly, being careful not to cross thread it. 5) Press the POWER button to start filling. It will shut off automatically when the correct PSI is reached. 6) Remove the unit and press and hold the POWER button for several seconds to shut off. It’s great for bicycle tires, inflatable toys, and maybe motorcycles tires, but I wouldn’t rely on this unit for car tires, except in a pinch to get it to a gas station. The pressure gauge reading stopped working after about 10 uses, so it does not stop at the selected pressure. Too late to return it. It does still work for filling up tires, but I need to stop, unscrew the connector, take a pressure reading with another device, then screw it back in again for more air, and so on. UPDATE. After posting the above review, customer service provided the following information that fixed my issue. Other reviews have also mentioned this problem, so this fix may apply to them as well. From Lamgool: 1. Turn the device on. If the measured pressure is not 0, press buttons “＋” and “－” simultaneously for 2 seconds to enter calibration mode. 2. The display will flash quickly, indicating the reset is complete. Please make sure not to connect any inflatables during this calibration process. ... show more

I would give this device a 5 star rating all around if not for the horrible instruction guide. It appears to have been interpreted from Chinese to English, and we all know how poorly those typically happen. It just isn't written in a fashion that allows you to easily understand how to operate it, so you kind of have to learn by trial and error. The device can't be charged by just any charger. The charger I bought for my Galaxy S20 phone will not charge this. But my computer will. And the output from the S20 charger is far more powerful. Can't understand it. The device has a flashlight built in which seems to operate all the time and has no on/off switch. There is a charging indicator, but it only displays when you hit the power button. I'd prefer an actual charging/charged indicator light. Aside from these criticisms, the device is pretty powerful for as compact as it is, and packs a lot into such a small package. It's about the size of a walkie talkie, and looks like one. Compared to most compressors, this one is pretty quiet. And it's pretty powerful. I have an old Eddie Bauer inflator I bought probably 30 years ago, and it is underpowered and MUCH louder than this one, and must be plugged in to the cigarette lighter port to run. So it has a nver ending source of power I suppose, but the extra hassle of plugging it in and running the wire. This on the other hand requires no wire and can be carried anywhere. I have very little bad to say about this other than the few criticisms mentioned above. It is quite a handy little gadget and I highly recommend it. ... show more
