Very impressed with this exercise set - now I can get a quick workout done in 5 min and has changed my life. Included a picture of all that it comes with because I didn't even realize it came with the "door jam" attachment so the bands can even be used without the board. Not included in the picture i
s the exercise booklet/manual that also comes with. This board and resistance band combo is incredible. I've used others and this is just as good of quality as the others, but at a fraction of the price. Really easy to setup (basically just unfolding and putting in some rubber feet at the bottom of the board) and the push up handles are sturdy and stay snug in the board, but also can be easily moved to new spots. If you are trying to workout at home this product is a must!

My Muscles Are On Fire and I Love it!
To be honest, I was skeptical about this product at first. A push up board sounded like a gimmick, but I was 100% wrong. The removable handles allows you to place them on different areas of the board for a workout that targets various muscles. It is an absolute GAME CHANGER. I can definitely feel the
difference. The elastic bands also allows a nice break when your muscles won't allow another push up.

Got this push-up board today and I must say, I really like it. This kit will provide an easy way to exercise at your own home. Various elastic cords or handles that you can attached to set up for different exercises. My husband work 12 hours a day so he doesn’t have time to go the gym. This exercise
kit came handy. It also came with a training guide. I’m happy with my purchased and would highly recommend it.

Excellent for working all parts of your back and core. My wife really likes the resistant bands. Stores fast under the couch. I would highly recommend if you don’t like going to the gym but don’t want to spend a ton of money on home exercise equipment or just simply dont have the room.

I am really happy with this setup. The push up board is perfect for what I need it to do. I love the multiple spots where I can move it to do different push ups. I also love the bands which allow for resistance training. For the money this really works well for me and my husband. Even my kids started
having pushup contests!

Multi purpose push-up tool
This multi purpose exercise tool is much better than my earlier discrete push up bar where you can just follow the suggested pattern to exercise the specific muscles. The string combination with the push up plate is awesome. With lots of rubber underneath the push-up plate, it stays well and does not

All of it folds up into a little workout bag. It has a lot of different ways to use it which makes it a perfect addition to the home workout setup. I highly reccomend this product. (I'd add a phot but the app isn't working)
