Saw a recommendation for this on YouTube. Great sale so went for it. Also can use it around my dog’s face and neck. I have a professional dog blow dryer but she doesn’t want me to dry around her ears. Ok I got it for me too. Nice, lightweight. Well made. Worth the price!

Very very happy with this dryer. I recently used the Dyson at a friend’s and I like my Laifen better. It’s easier to use, but otherwise the same at a much lower price point. I wanted an extremely quiet dryer, which this is. The only sound you hear is the air, not the motor. It’s sleek and easy to hold. The magnetic attachment is simple to use, however it can be knocked off of the unit more easily than I would prefer. There is a small learning curve - hair dries quickly with the powerful wind-like air, so it can start to get tangled if not handled correctly. The cord is quite long and you have to get used to holding the dryer higher up so as not to block the air intake at the base. Would definitely recommend this dryer to anyone who is tired of having their hearing damaged by old-school hairdryers.

I love this hairdryer. It’s changed my life. I actually like diffusing my curls now. I swear it actually drys my hair faster too. The only thing that sucks is the diffuser head and blow dryer don’t fit in the case together. Sucks because I only use the diffuser.

Awesome hair dryer! . Bought it after my $550 Dyson failed in two years and Dyson then refused to repair its thermal fuse and gave me only $100 credit toward another $580 gaur dryer. Never again. Beautifully constructed, as good as Dyson in my opinion, for 1/3 the price. Ordered one in blue and white, fantastic units. Having a third lower speed setting might be nice for some people , but overall a great hair dryer.

The hype is real. I have been using traditional hair dryers my entire life. When I traveled to China, my hosts had a Laifen hair dryer in the bathroom. I am a sweaty dude and I live in a super dry climate. Southern China is anything but dry. The Laifen SE I used in China was literally the only way I could actually get fully dry after a shower without using more than four towels. It;s quieter than a traditional hair dryer, the blow strength is crazy, and the smaller size makes it way easier to maintain distance from your hair. Back home in the US and in my desert climate, this sucker dries my hair in under two minutes. My fiance approves. I recommended it to my neighbors. I gave one to my parents to use on their dog. I've been converted.

I wanted something well-built and effective, and the Laifen Swift Special truly delivers, wow! It is SO fast and quick to warm up unlike inexpensive options. Everything feels really nicely constructed, including the power cable and accessories. The attachments (including a diffuser) connect using a strong magnet, making it easy to swap out or adjust to your liking. I'm very impressed and will be gifting another one to my female friends in the future for sure.
