The media could not be loaded. When first arrived, I followed instructions just as it states. The machine smelled as if it had been used previously so I’m not so sure on 100% new. It worked fine for about the first 20 pages ran through it (2 months. Then it started making the thick black line on the left side. I clean it after every 2 pages. I missed the 90 day money back because I couldn’t find this order in my “buy again” section until I searched for “printer”. Would like to get it replaced or fixed. 3 stars until I see how customer service handles this. ... show more
