I love this blender! It is so chic and the perfect size for an apartment style kitchen. Unfortunately, however, after one smoothie use, it never worked again! I bought the blender and immediately made a strawberry smoothie after I opened it. I thoroughly followed the directions before and after, and even trouble-shooted the motor. For some reason, the blender gave out on me. I ordered a new one ASAP due to my current smoothie diet. But I will be returning this one, in hopes of getting a refund. The media could not be loaded. This blender WAS amazing! You can literally walk away and it will handle everything on its own, but there’s one major issue I’m having and I’m not sure where it’s coming from or what is going on, but I don’t feel safe using it anymore. There’s been a brown liquid coming from spewing out whenever I use it, making me incredibly uncomfortable. I’ve attached a video here to show.
