It works, and the setup was easy. You will feel every tiny bump or hole in the road. The Instructions are unclear as if the manual writer's home language is not English. I bought two of them, and I weigh 178, and my wife weighs 140; while traveling on flat roads with no wind, full charge, and no hills, we made it eight miles round trip before the battery indicator was at 1 bar. That was traveling at full speed, and my speedometer said 16 mph. Having become accustomed to that speed, I am considering spending the money on something faster with shocks... If you want to see if it is fun without spending a fortune, this is a good buy, yet if you already know you will like it, I recommend something with more power.

I usually don’t do this but ummmmm……. The G-Cycle WAS it for me! I spent a lot of time trying to find the right Scooter. Most of them only holds 220lbs and I’m 250+! So the prices were cool, but the weight limit was not. I finally found this one with only two YouTube reviews and gambled on it. It was worth it for me! This things goes up to 25mph on the second setting. It’s so fast I purchased a helmet because yeah, it FLIES! I’m a big boy but it handles my weight well. The tires aren’t as smooth when riding over debris so avoid if possible. However, I love the fact that they’re the honeycomb joints that don’t need inflation or maintenance. Just watch where you’re going. No phone app, but that doesn’t bother me because I’m just cruising and having fun. The downfall to that it that I wouldn’t know how many miles it actually got unless I recorded manually or in my watch. But it ran for awhile so I felt good about that. I am from the dmv, if you’re from the Washington dc area, you know that means mambo sauce and go-go. My point…. This is an authentic review which I don’t do often. But this thing is so much fun, I had to! However, after a month or so, the handle bar turns out of place while riding. I contacted customer support several times and they NEVER replied. There is not a real warranty because they don’t have a real customer service department. AVOID this one and go with a more reputable company.

This is actually a very good scooter with a few plastic parts that might end up breaking that are easily replaceable, except for the fact that this company has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It’s impossible to get replacement parts or even get information about other parts, you might reliably substitute, so as much as I like this scooter, I really recommend buying from a different company. That’s not as hard as it sounds as many of these scooters are absolutely identical and just branded from other companies and the price differences can be quite extreme too for the exact same scooter with a different sticker on it , so I Gotrax track has one just like this one just keep searching and you’ll find a different company that has better customer service . Very because anything like this needs maintenance and if you can’t get replacement parts, it renters what should’ve been a good item pretty worthless

I had it for 31 days and there was a problem with it so I sent it back and got a new one and this one is a lot better. I appreciate them for that great customer service.

My fourteen-year-old loves this. He rides it down the street to the store and the park. It charges quickly, and he says it is a lot of fun to ride. It goes at a decent speed without being able to go too fast, where he'd get injured falling off. I'm too fat for it and I'm jealous he gets to ride it! LOL
