I recently saw a commercial on social media regarding this hair-styling powder and decided to try this out. The level 3 is rather stiff and not as easy to style. I probably should have gone with Level 1. The powder is truly easy to put on and does not leave any oily or shiny trace. I wanted something that holds the hair in place but also easy to run my hand or fingers through without being stuck. Took a chance on this product bc of the review. WOW! What a find. I have straight, thin hair that is also receding in the front and sides. As instructed, I apply a little bit of this powder on the top and mix it into my hair. it really does thicken my hair. Now I also put a little near the scalp and mix it in. I orginally bought this because my friends recommended to me in order for me to texture my hair and honestly I was surprised how well it worked. It stiffens your hair to the amount of powder you add but it isnt the same as gel, unlike gel this doesn't leave you with that 'glossy' look but simply lets you texture your hair to the perfect amount.
