Where to begin.......First, it definitely took a long time for the couch to be delivered. Ordered on June 26, was supposed to be delivered on July 3rd, then was told the 8th, then the 10th and so forth. Had to eventually contact UPS. The couch was finally delivered on the 16th. Second, the couch was delivered with a piece missing to keep the arm of the couch in place. Third, the couch is very hard, not comfortable at all to sit or lay down on. Lastly, the couch seems very small to what is advertised. Totally not worth the buy.....

Ok guys I took these picks right after unboxing and setting up. I took picks after I set up each boxes contents. Without the otterman it's two large boxes for each section and each box is self contained. They did a great job in providing exactly what's needed. Outside opening the box. The set up is about 5 to 10 mins each. Superfast no tools needed. Again the chairs are small ibfeel catchfished by the past amazon photo's. But at this price point they fit my apartment. The seats are firm, I didn't join the sectional as I wanted to see the look if I hadn't gotten a sectional but conventional instead. Outside of the fact that I was actually expecting larger chairs based on the pictures people posted I am very happy with the chairs. Again they are small but am happy with them so 4 stars. I only didn't give it 5 stars becuase I was expecting larger chairs. But when I think about it though I guess smaller Chairs are easier to ship. But that's my only gripe. So if your are on the chunky side I will repeat again they are small. I love them nonetheless and they fit my apartment perfectly. The height is great, the cushion firmness I like it, it's good thickness as well. They are no soft so, don't look for that. The hand rest is good size, I agree overall it's great value for the money.

This is the hardest couch I’ve ever sat on. Please don’t buy this couch. It’s smaller than was advertised and very uncomfortable.

Received my couch today. I purchased it a week ago. It was delivered before the promised delivery date I'm super happy about that. It took my son and I less than an hour to assemble the couch. The reviews said the couch is not that comfortable and I'm sad 😞 to say I agree with them. There is very little cushion on the couch but it will due for now. Overall I'm happy 😊 with it.
