The media could not be loaded. I was specifical but when it came it was so worth it and the quality is amazing I love how stirdy it is. I loved everything about it, you can put the cup holder up and down so it’s good. It was very easy to build for me it came in 3 boxes two really big ones and one a medium. The color is way better looking in person because I chose a light grey but after I ordered it I was so worried because I didn’t want it that light anymore but when it came I saw the color it’s perfect, (the shade of grey). Okay so I got it on November the 28th and it came in three boxes...two for the sectional parts and one for the ottoman. The color of the sofa is off though it said it was red but it looks more like a wine color or a burgundy color or maroon type color but definitely not red. It kind of throws me off a bit because I was making up an Asian themed living room and since this is not the red I was looking for I'm not that happy. It was very easy to put together I only had to just snap different parts in place and it took me maybe around 30 minutes to get the whole sofa together. So that's a plus with it being so easy one person can do it. It's not built to last but it's for my living room and when people come to visit and since it's not that comfortable hopefully they'll be leaving quickly. But it's functional. The material is nicely finished and it's smooth I think it's a good size I'm just five three so I don't need no super high furniture. It came with the pillows, I thought it wasn't going to come with the pillow so I was surprised to see the pillows with it. I am a very loyal customer to start with I really should return this cause whole order messed up. Delivery late and sent wrong item should have been left orientation was received right. Really more of an office type outfit or super tiny person! I recently purchased this sofa and found it to be a bit firm at first, but it was easy to assemble. However, I was disappointed by a few issues. First, I bought the sofa for $400, but just days later, it was marked down to $329, which feels unfair. Additionally, the ottoman storage was missing from my delivery. While I received two large boxes, the third box containing the ottoman storage was not included. Don’t be skeptical because of the negative reviews. It’s not a small couch like others say. But if you’re on the bigger side weight wise then maybe this isn’t for you. I’m 5’1 maybe like 150lbs and I think the couch is perfect. My boyfriend is 5’11 and weighs around 180-200 and he likes it as well. A little firm at first but I think that’s because you have to break it in. I know this living room suit is priced very low so I wasn't expecting high quality furniture, however, this furniture is very small. Honestly it's more suited for college kids dorms. Or people of smaller stature. The back of the sofa would not attach correctly and the middle console was chipped.
