The couch is incredibly comfortable and larger than I anticipated. However, during assembly, I discovered that I was missing an ottoman. I had purchased the U-shaped couch, but now I’m left with a L-shaped one. One star down for their communication. One star down because there are missing feet and one of my backpieces wasn't manufactured correctly and I had to strip the heck out of the screw head to get it mostly in... I contacted them with this issue days ago and there hasn't been a reply yet. All the other pieces came together flawlessly (mostly, getting these screws into the back is actually a pain sometimes) which leads me to conclude that something was wrong with the piece they sent me. I tried several times to get the screw in, I tried a different back piece it took 1 try and a few minutes. 2 screws didn't want to go in, I torqued the heck out of one in, the other one would take a force of God to get in all the way. 3 stars for comfortability. 3 Stars for being pretty solid otherwise... 3 stars for the color, 3 stars for the size, 3 stars for the price... Couches are expensive, this is only around $400 but I have to go find 4 feet now because they don't seem too bothered about my messages and I have to just hope that the back piece holds up to use. (It seems pretty solid, 3 screws out of 4 went in, one I need to power drive in there... If you're on a budget it's a comfortable couch and maybe I got unlucky. I'm mostly happy with it but if you end up with defective pieces or missing pieces, whether or not they will ever get back to you or send you replacement parts, your guess is as good as mine. (Awaits the typical, "I'm sorry for your bad experience, let us help you message"... ) As some one on budget the couch would easily be a 4 or even 5 if I wasn't a little peeved but my couch didn't come complete or even manufactured correctly. Fortunately I think I can make it work in my situation and I'm mostly happy with the couch. Over all it seems a good purchase if you are on budget but beware. ... show more
