I got this headset to replace a Corsair set that the ear cuffs disintegrated on (so much for Corsair). I admit, I'm quite skeptical of most Chinese imports, but this set has numerous good reviews and has been a pleasant surprise overall. I've used it for a week now and here's my experience: One review said they felt too small. I've got a fairly big head (7 3/4 hat size) and these are very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Another review said and showed how the headset had broken near where an ear unit would connect to the headband. That's reinforced with a metal band now, so apparently the manufacturers took that review to heart and improved the design. Sound quality overall is very good, as is the directional sound aspect. I'd give them both a 4 out of 5 star rating. Noise cancellation *seems* to be nothing more than snug fitting dense foam on the ear cups, so I wasn't impressed there. Beyond that, the one issue I noticed with the sound, and agree with similar reviews on is that there's an imbalance in the volume level between the main and secondary speakers. I really noticed this when I tried using the headset to listen to subliminal and self-improvement recordings. The music (which came through the main speakers) was louder than with my old headset and anything coming through the secondary speakers (theta waves or vocals) was partially drowned out. The set could also benefit from an on/off light for the microphone mute feature. To be honest, the mic mute switch and volume dial feel like the cheapest part of the headset. To be clear though, neither have given me any problem at all yet. For a gamer on a budget though, I think this is a great headset for the price. Completely plug and play for me. Windows 11 instantly recognized and configured the set for me.

They're decently comfortable and the sound/mic quality is good enough for me. I don't need super high tech stuff and they do the job. I bought my pair in 2019 and just before the end of the two year warranty, the microphone died mid-discord call. Contacted their customer service and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. That replacement pair lasted me from 2021 all the way until now which I am having to replace again for a dead microphone. but for $35, I'm not complaining too much. I've gotten a lot of use out of the purchase. The cord does tangle a lot though and it is not very pliable, which may have contributed to the short that made it stop working.
