I bought these to replace my remote work from home headset the the mic broke. These are excellent, the microphone is clean, sharp sounds are clear but not popping, while soft sounds can be easily differentiated. Background noise is behind a closed door, while my partner is working remote at his job, the callers cannot hear him at all and will even ask me if I'm still there. The headphones fit perfectly on me, I have a smaller head so therefore I would say if you have a large head these are not for you. The phone padding is soft and the padded bar makes hours of wearing them work well, no discomfort. Con the mute clicks once when it is turned on, therefore the callers can tell when you mute/hold them. So be sure to excuse yourself if you are muting, otherwise they think you have hung up on them. ... show more

Because I go through headsets - gaming can make me rambunctious. I toss them down, drop them- missing my gaming table hook, or just a little rough with them they break. I've found these have been able to withstand minor bangs and bumps better than headsets twice as expensive. They're not "studio quality" sounding but they are quite good for a very reasonable price. ... show more

Headphones are great but I have thrrr pair and all of them have material torn up… the material falls over continuously overtime too, getting on my clothes. Also it looks terrible for on camera meetings. All therr headphones did this.

Defective Unit?? Sound cuts out at lower volume levels!

Nice looking unit, and convenient controls! However, the sound quality was terrible! Unless I had it blasting in my ears, it was static-like, scratchy, and tended to cut out at times! I spend one day, before I concluded that either these were sorely defective, or they were just crappy! I wanted to replace my old MPOW ones with something newer and had better controls and fit! These fit the bill, but at a great sacrifice in sound quality and operability! Thankfully return was quite easily (just took it to UPS and they did shipping), and the refund was very prompt! I hope these were just a problematic set, but I decided to spend a bit more and get something a bit more expensive to ensure I wasn't going to have a repeat of these problems! ... show more

Mostly really, really good for the price...

Nice headset, fits well, works great, the cable length is nice and long and has the braided cable. They're used for my work softphone as well as gaming. Changed to these because I kept having issues with my nice Bluetooth headsets (a really nice JBL set and a Taotronics set, with a bluetooth dongle aka: I gave up using them due to Bluetooth connectivity issues) Only complaint is that sometimes they just suddenly stop working. No idea why or what happens that they suddenly just stop working. If I unplug the USB and then plug it back in, it's fine, just annoying. Still a step up from the Bluetooth problems I was having. There's no newer Windows or Driver updates for the model I have to see if that fixes the problem. Additional complaint after 6 months of use (June 2022): These have a weird chronic "background warble noise" when wearing them and my audio is turned up - but I'm not playing any videos or games when it happens. I leave them on while I'm working in case calls come in but I can't find what is causing the noise, I think it's just the headset itself. It's really annoying. I have closed every single application on my system that could be making the noise, but it still won't go away. I can't find anything about this on their website, either. Dropping my rating down a star due to the pure annoyance. ... show more

So far so good! Did sound check and no one said, who has the cheap headset?! I like it. Only neg is lights stay on if headset has power but no signal. Wish you could switch those off. But I just unplug them from my PC.
