Ever since L'Oreal discontinued the Melting Gel, this is the closest thing to it I have found. Been using this for some time and never disappointed. Runnier than their Clean Gel (which I don't like as much) but holds strong for my longer hair. Good stuff.

I tried this out and it was really nice gel. It doesn't leave your hair dangerously stiff yet enough to hold it it place. More for a curl enhancement than a spike in my opinion. I like because that's what I want. I like that it wasn't all flaky an a good value.

This has gotten impossible to find in a store locally, so I am happy I could purchase on Amazon. No other hair gel gives a much body and hold on my fine hair. I will continue to purchase when my current supply runs out.

string hold. need very little. only major drawback is extremely drying. i have dry hair and cannot use it. in few hours hair become dull and stiff. even tried adjusting product amount. might be good for oily hair.

I have a hard time finding hair gel that isn't the consistency of Jello but also isn't expensive. I have long naturally curly hair so I go through product fast. This gel works as well as products that are three times the price.

I've been using this product for years after trying many brands. It doesn't get sticky in even the most humid Florida weather. I spike my hair, so along with this product I add another product; a mouse to help to allow me to spike my hair and touch it off with a little hair spray for hold.
