If you're taking long video sessions and you are able to plug this in somewhere close to the camera, this will help to keep your camera from overheating while it's running. I am using this on my Sony A7iv.

This product worked for a while, and did just fine. One day it stopped working and when I touched it, it shocked me so bad I almost fell on the floor. This product is dangerous. Do not buy this product.
