My mother bought this product for a present for my daughter. She was so excited when she received but cried when it started repeating itself the next day. Called MGA and they simply told me because it was bought 30 days ago, regardless of being a gift or not, they will do nothing to replace the product for my upset daughter. my LOL-loving daughter thought this was so lame. It broke and just kept repeating itself, but she didn't even like it before that. Just dumb and not worth $24.99 retail. Skip this one.

    • Defective product
We got this and the next day it kept barking...nonstop. It doesn’t do anything else. My daughter took her birthday money and got a defective dog. Not sure if the batteries are the issue, but i shouldn’t have to replace them within 24 hours.

I was expecting more. The pieces are hard to put in the toy's mouth, and aren't made to stay inserted. You have to push pretty hard to get them to activate the sensor in the mouth. My 7 year old struggled. Wish it talked words instead of gibberish. It is cute, but expected more from this company and the L.O.L series. ... show more

    • Worst LOL purchase ever. Repeating the same sound on a loop.
My girls got the bunny, and after using it for less than a day, it tilted repeating thesame sound over and over. Wetried turning it off and then on, but nothing seems to work. Awful.

So we got hoops but it was defective. At first i thought it was the battery but when we change it it still would just have a repeatedly bark. I should of listen to the review.

    • Stopped working after one day
We got Hoops and she worked at first but the next day she would do nothing but bark repeatedly. She won't respond to any interactions. I emailed MGA and hope they'll send me a replacement.

She didn't even play with it for an hour and it's stuck on repeat, not a cute noise either, a very obnoxious repeat-video attached. She's so upset and heartbroken. She was very gentle with it too. -- Edit: I took out the batteries and re-put them back in which stopped this, but it ended up doing it again. Happens about every 10 min of her playing with it.
