I should've taken a before and after photo but I can definitely see the difference as my gray tones are much cooler now. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the messiness of the purple shampoo. Keep all towels and anything you don't want stained away!! LOL!! I've used these types of products before but just know to allow a little extra time to clean the shower/tub and thoroughly rinse out your hair!! Otherwise, it does EXACTLY what it says it will...pulls out the yellow and dull colors and brightens, cools up the tones of the hair. I've got about 5 varying colors of blondes and grays going on so I love the difference it made. I only use it every other time I wash my hair since I notice it is drying. I also use a Leave-in conditioner the day I use it to allow more moisture so it doesn't get too dried out. Great product and you don't need to use a lot so worth the price!! ... show more

The dark pigment in this conditioner is amazing. The downfall is how dry it makes my hair feel. I wish it made my hair more smooth and easier to manage. I have to use another conditioner after this one to untangle my ends.

I expected this to make my hair feel soft and silky but unfortunately it has the exact opposite effect. My hairstylist recommended it because I color my hair and because I had a keratin treatment.
