I have very curly, frizzy, long hair. I have a cheap Revlon brush and an expensive Dyson air dryer. The Lange is by far my favorite so far and here’s why. The Revlon does a great job at providing a sleek, shiny look at a low skill level. But it is so dang loud that my husband dreads each time I use it. It also gets extremely hot and burns your hands if you’re not very careful. The Dyson is fairly quiet but lacks any tension so getting a sleek look requires a higher skill level to use properly, and you have to change out the heads multiple times to achieve the look you’re going for. The Lange in comparison works more like a revlon in the sense that it is extremely easy to use. But it’s also very quiet, doesn’t get hot, and you can straighten, smooth, and curl all in one device. I’ve only had it for 1 month so I’m hoping the longevity is just as good! ... show more

I LOVE this item. I have very long thick hair, and have arthritis, making it very difficult to blow dry my hair. My hair also used to tangle a lot. This is a fairly large brush, for longer hair. Just a few minutes with this 'blow dryer brush' leaves damp hair dry and feeling very silky. I am older with arthritis; it is not heavy - a bit heavier than my previous small dryer brush that was much smaller, but that item took much longer, and did not work well at all. This dryer requires less time, and no pulling or discomfort to eliminate all tangles. The only 'con' is that there are limited choices for heat and blower speed, but works fine for my use. The stand or holder is not great and doesn't seem that sturdy, but I have dropped it without breaking. I still gave it 5 stars because it does a fabulous job of drying my hair and leaving it silky and tangle-free. ... show more

Thank you for responding to me. I purchased 3 of your products. And my niece purchased another one. I have both curling irons. Neither are very good for curling. I have the brush dryer large. Biggest issue is there is no medium heat setting. Just cool or hot. Even with hair protection spray I can feel my hair burning as I dry it. The handle is to big as well. I have thick hair. I took it to my hairdresser, she showed me some tricks for using it. Like when it is hot then curl it and turn to cool setting, to close the hair up. That does not solve the issue of the brush getting to hot. As for the curling irons, I cannot use it on my bangs. I must use another curling iron. When trying to curl my hair It levees a flat part at the end. Or it just will not hold a curl like my normal cheap curling iron. I am going to ask my niece how she likes the brush straightener she purchased. I noticed it had a rubber head not sure what it does. Dry straighten? You should curve the meatal plate and add a medium heat to the dryer. On the irons, controls need some kind of cover. As your trying to curl or straighten . Your fingers hit the control buttons. Pain in the butt. Now stop and put it back to the heat and air setting you want to use. I have naturally curly hair too. So, adding curl is not usually an issue for me. My hair cannot take melting heat. It is thick for my age. My oldest daughter is the one who said I should buy the products. She was right in the fact. The brush dryer cutes down on having to dry and then use a straightener too. And there is one spot in my hair no one can get to be straight. The brush dryer does get it straight. The brush dryer does save me time doing my hair. I wish I had gotten the smaller one. I think with a couple of small changes your products could be top of the pile in hair dryers and curling /straighten products. ... show more

I only use the L'Ange dryer for the styling part. I use a different one for getting my hair mostly dry. That said, the L'Ange dryer works great once you get the hang of it (only took me a minute or two). It's actually easier and quicker than using a separate brush and dryer as I had been doing for the past twenty + years. My hair looks shinier and feels smoother/softer. I get better root volume with the L'Ange dryer as well. It doesn't have a hook to hang it by like my other dryer but I tried anyway. Big mistake. It fell nose/tip first and the protective brush cover jammed down past the "stopping" point. Took me quite a while to get it off. Needless to say, I'll NOT be using the cover ever again. Seriously the best hot tool ever 😩 I got this for my daughter and have now used it more than her 😂 It is user-friendly, not overly heavy or large, and the best part is that it can be used on wet hair bc it is truly a dryer —not just a tool to be used AFTER drying (which is usually what i have to do for decent results) this is the first product i have found that leaves your hair voluminous, bouncy, and soft. sounds cliche but, “salon quality.” i usually like to blow dry my hair in the evenings and get up and go the next day but it does leave me with an inconsistent style (parts are wavy, parts are straight, some areas kinda coarse, etc) this is a one and done tool 😍 ... show more

I have fine hair but a lot of it. It is wavy and tends to frizz. I wear a chin length bob that in the past I have styled with a flat iron. I bought this after reading reviews. This is a great product. Easy to use and makes my hair look amazing. I got the 75mm one and have thick, medium length hair. I always go from short to long so I wanted the bigger one and I think I made the right choice. Also, the bristles are very soft. I am impressed and glad I bought it!
