GREAT formula. Goes on smooth, has GREAT lasting power, does not smudge or transfer once it is set. I loved it so much in black that then also bought Charcoal and Brown. That's where things get disappointing for me. I'm cool toned, low contrast, and normally prefer grey as my eyeliner of choice, when I want something less harsh than black. For Grey, I don't want it to be metallic, and I definitely don't want visible sparkle specks in it. (If you do, then great, this IS the eyeliner for you.) For me, I need to look elsewhere. Concerning the Brown, it just pulls too warm for me. I'd call it mahogany. Easy to apply, even for someone like me who's generally not good at eyeliner. It can be smudged - or not depending on the look you want. I love the teal color, it's slightly lustrous and works for me for all occasions. Twist to advance.
