I love the Crystal Light Energy products -- grape is my favorite flavor, but strawberry is good, too. Each box has ten packets, and you get 4 total boxes (40 packets) with this order. The boxes are pretty small, and fit easily into my purse. Each packet of the drink mix has 10 calories and 60mg of caffeine. They divide it up into 2 servings, but given that each packet goes into one bottle of water, it seems unlikely that anyone would consume just 1/2 a packet. Unlike the other "energy" flavors, Crystal Light Grape tastes terrific! There is no caffeine bitterness and it has a wonderful "grape kool-aid" taste. Better yet, it doesn't even cause me heartburn (the strawberry flavor does). The effects are obvious. It works just as well as 5 hour energy at a fraction of the cost.
