Lid badly designed. Can’t keep air inflow open while drinking most times. Only get a dribble (and I do mean DRIBBLE) of coffee at a time. Then need to sit it upright, let air in to get another dribble. It does keep coffee hot for at least 2 hours. That’s a good thing as it takes at least that long to drink the whole cup because of low coffee output. Color (Dawn) not as pictured. There is only a little difference in color between base and top of cup. Nothing like the picture. I’m not sure that it really does hold 20 ounces. I have another 20 ouncer and, when I compare the volume in both, the KyreDino comes up short. I didn’t try a more accurate measurement, I wasted enough time on this.
