This cream gave me the best twist out I've done in years. It held the twists so well and didn't create a white caste on my hair or make it feel stiff or crunchy. When the twists were dried and I took the twists out, my hair fluffed out so beautifully with minimal manipulation. And my hair feels hydrated down to the roots! Pardon the image being blurry but the ingredients list differs from what is listed on the product page on Amazon, so I am hoping this helps someone. I appreciate that I liked this product despite my prior experience with it and apprehension about the actual ingredients list. A good friend of mine swears by this stuff. I was reluctant to use it because I didn't like that the ingredients incorporated cones or propylene glycol nor could I shake the "sore" feelings I had about using this product that had developed over the years because of the first jar. But, I summoned a little openness and there's been nothing but blue skies since. In using it I recalled that my main issue the very first time around was that the product didn't play well with other products. It made everything bead up and made a mess in my hair. This time I used it with nothing but a light leave-in. If you're interested the leave-in was Kinky Curly's Knot today. You don't need anything else with it. It has a bit of hold and it's moisture rich. Because of that, you don't need to use a gel or something with significant hold. I used it to do a braid out. It was very defined and still soft to the touch. I know that's something some people struggle to find. Though I am used to a moderately full head of medium to long hair, healthwise, my hair is not in the best shape I've seen it in right now. After using this as my only styler and moisturizer on wash day, it's definitely feeling much better to the touch. Leaps and bounds better. Soft and supple but not weighed down, greasy, or sticky. My hair honestly feels amazing and this is coming from someone well aware that my hair is not technically at its best. This couldn't have come at a better time. I was starting to feel lost about what to do. My family was about to be surprised by a big chop. My hair isn't that bad off. I just don't have patience for damaged ends and dryness.

OMG I am SOOO happy I came across this butter cream..I was a bit skeptical in buying at first since I've had bought many creams that never worked for my hair but I thank YAHWEH YES THE MOST HIGH YAH for helping me find a hair moisturizer that works for me! I am not over exaggerating this is the best hair product I ever put in my hair and I been getting compliments for my hair. I'm getting new hair growth and my hair has never felt so soft! My natural hair is coming back to life and I am falling inlove with it now! I am begging you to try it for yourself you will love it! I have mixed hair texture from 4a-c maybe 3c also? (I have many different textures which I need to learn more about I'm black but my genes are just all over the place๐)and it works for all of my different hair strands and defines my curls/coils perfectly! I'm not quit sure if it works for fine hair but I'd still give it a try if you have fine hair you might just love it! I feel this product would be good for anyone that likes moisture and definition to their hair. Especially if you're black American you will be very pleased on how amazing it works! I have read a ton of reviews for TGIN products, but have not yet come across any other masculine identifying individuals leaving a product review. So here you go! This product is for EVERYONE! I'm a mid-20s male with 4c hair that I normally would shave off, but the pandemic had left me growing out my curls for almost 2+ years. I figured this was a good time to try an all-natural product that might help me appreciate my natural hair more. Plus, I am terrible at shaving my own head. I have used this product daily for about 3 months post wash and am pleased with the results. While I do feel the cream is a bit heavy for daily use I've learned brushing the product through, or switching to applying every other day sometimes does the trick. If I miss more than three days I immediately notice a drastic difference in the moisture/curl retention of my evergrowing fro. I don't blow dry or braid my hair, I just gently pat my head dry after the shower, air dry for about 20 mins, then apply TGIN. Then I let the curls fall where they may. I am planning on adding the Miracle Repair Rx shampoo/conditioner combo from TGIN to my hair care regimen over the next few months to see if this makes a difference in maintaining moisture. Overall, I am very satisfied with this TGIN product as it has helped me build back a healthier set of hair. My particular curls require a bit more moisture hence the 4-stars, however, I am hopeful other TGIN products may be able to help me on my natural hair journey.
