I like the construction of this cup and the fact that it can fit into my cup holder. It keeps my drinks very cold for many hours and I am encouraged to drink more water throughout the day. One con is that while better than the original lid, the cup will still leak through the straw hole if knocked on its side. I would really love to be able to purchase the flip straw lid that the Ice Flow Tumbler uses in order to have a truly leakproof cup. I was well aware that this was not leakproof when I bought it so the above comment is only a constructive suggestion rather than a negative comment. 2nd Stanley I have purchased. This one did come in a box with stuffing.(well protected) One small spot where color is lighter. But a nice mug/tumbler. Only concern I had. I ordered tumbler one day. Next day I received email, Unable to identify address. Answer yes or no if ###. is correct. NOT. Kept watching shipping and it arrived sooner than predicted. Watch out for scammers. These Stanley Tumblers are all the rage, so I wanted to try it out. I really like the tumbler itself; it keeps my drinks cold, I like the handle and I like the size. It fits good in my cupholder and the ice stays frozen for several hours. The only negative is the lid; you have to screw it on a certain way in order for the drink hole to be in the right position when you are holding the handle and trying to drink; it takes multiple tries screwing on the lid different ways to get it lined up just right. I don't use the straw, I just drink from the opening, so this is really irritating. May try their other lids to see if I like them better. You would not have the issue if you always used the straw.
