This is a very nice practice tattoo kit for the price. I wouldn't recommend any of it for use on actual people but the kit is perfect for someone who is just beginning to learn how to do tattoo art. The pen is the centerpiece of the kit. It is short and thicker than my other tattoo pens. It works well and has smooth controls. The display screen is large and easy to read. The pen is comfortable to hold. The only downside to it is that the needle sticks just the slightest bit out of the cartridge when the pen is turned off. Ideally, I prefer the needle to fully retract into the cartridge when the pen is off. This is for safety reasons. Having a fully retracted needle eliminates the possibility of someone accidentally getting pricked. However, at this price point it is rare to find a pen that retracts fully and this one has just the smallest bit of overhang. (pic) The kit comes with nearly everything you need to start. The gloves are a size large so I used my own. I also used my own grip tape and dental bibs, although the kit provided those. I used my own pen sleeve because they are not included in the kit but I have yet to find a kit that does provide them. I also used my own practice skin because the skin in the kit is 1mm and I prefer 3mm to practice my needle depth. The 1mm is fine for an absolute beginner but you will want to switch to 3mm when you order more skins. The kit comes with a bag of multi-color ink cups and two boxes of cartridge needles. The needles work well and are nice and sharp. The move ink smoothly into practice skins. The ink is very nice. The bottles are tiny but the ink quality is good for practice. It is not for use on human skin at all. The ink sticks well to the needle and flows nicely. The colors are vibrant and saturated. This is a very nice kit. The value is excellent. I would recommend this kit for a beginner who is not going to use it to practice on human skin.

I’m teaching myself how to tattoo, and this kit? Honestly a solid choice. Unlike other kits where you have to buy every single thing separately like you’re building a tiny Frankenstein lab, this one actually shows up with all the pieces: machine, cartridges, practice ink, charger, and more. The tattoo pen itself is surprisingly lightweight and doesn’t vibrate like it’s possessed. It’s quiet enough that I don’t feel like I’m drilling into drywall. The adjustable stroke dial is probably my favorite part; seven stroke options (2.4mm to 4.2mm) that click into place with a satisfying little turn. I’ve been playing around with everything from fake eyebrows to fake old-school flash, and it’s been handling all of it well. Battery lasts about 5–6 hours, charges in under 2. Setup was easy, which is saying something because I once messed up setting up a ring light. Important to note: The ink is not for human use.. it’s only for practice skin. So don’t get brave and try it on your cousin Chad. If you’re just starting out like me, this kit takes away a lot of the guesswork. Still not tattooing real skin yet (I’m not emotionally ready), but I’m feeling a lot more confident with each fake canvas. Would recommend to other baby tattoo artists just learning to crawl. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (And if I screw up a line, that’s on me.. not the machine.)

I've never done a tattoo before, but I have so many skin discoloration issues that I've been thinking of incorporating tattoo design into my flaws. This kit has everything you need as a beginner to practice and get started. You can't use this ink on skin (it's for practice), so plan on an additional purchase. My biggest issue is that it is very thick and difficult for my small hands to hold. I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable using it on myself because I'm not confident in the stability of my grip in tiny details. But that's more of a "me issue." other than that, it's a very robust kit and great starter tools.

This tattoo pen kit is a great value for the price. The pen feels comfortable in your hand and runs smoothly without a lot of vibration. Being wireless makes it really convenient and easy to move around while working. Everything you need to get started is included, which is nice for beginners or practice work. Battery life has been solid and it charges quickly. Overall, a great kit that works well and is easy to use.

This wireless tattoo machine kit hails from KVM. It's a tattoo gun kit featuring a wireless pen with seven adjustable stroke length options and a 1500mAh rechargeable power supply. This is a comprehensive and affordable tattooing option. While it may be nice for practice, my advice is to save up and invest in a more solid tool. All in all, I feel ambivalent about this tattoo kit. I hope the company decides to produce more solid products in the future. Should this kit ever make a more positive mark on me, this review will be updated.

This KVM wireless tattoo gun kit really impressed me! It’s lightweight, powerful, and super easy to handle — perfect for both beginners and experienced artists. The adjustable stroke options make it really versatile for lining, shading, and coloring, and the battery life is strong enough to last through long sessions without constantly recharging. I love that it comes with everything you need to start practicing right away. The power supply is reliable, and the motor runs smooth with very little vibration. It’s also quiet, which makes it feel more professional. The ink included is clearly labeled for practice only, but it’s great for getting comfortable with the setup and testing out the machine.
