This bike mat by Kuyal is a solid value. It's not very thick (probably about 1/8"), but it still seems to be doing to job of protecting my carpet below my bike from bad indentations and any sweat that may drip off of me during exercise sessions. The mat arrives rolled up like a burrito and took a few day with heavy weights on the ends to get the edges to lie flat, but not they are flat enough to not look wonky. I wish it was just a little thicker material, but it works as intended and should last for a long time. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. ... show more

This mat is thick and seems super durable. It doesn't slip at all and it laid flat after a day or two. Check the dimensions to ensure your equipment will fit on it. This is a good value for the price.

I have taken this out in the dirt where there are rocks and done cardio and core on this and it did not rip or tear. I was really surprised by how well this fabric held up. I brought it home, rinsed it off and put it back inside my home. I have used it several times on my concrete in the backyard for my home workouts. I lift weights on this, have used it barefoot and with tennis shoes and no scuffs. Not like the foam mats at all, better. I know this is intended to be used under gym equipment and it will work for that but I like using it for my actual workouts because the quality is better and holds up to more wear and tear. ... show more
