I had submitted a review recently about my purchase of a KuFWi 4G LTE Mobile. In that review I was happy with the customer service department of KuFWi (via email) and was very pleased with their quick response and expertise. Now that I have received the replacement I am also happy with the way the unit works. It provides a good internet connection to all areas of my house. I am using Straight Talk in the USA. If you order this product be sure to tell the company which country or region you are planning to use it in. It will help them make sure you are sent the right unit.

I did enjoy this hotspot on my recent trip to Europe. I used a Movistar SIM also sold here on Amazon; the experience couldn’t be better. The interface works fine thru browser and after entering the device password, and entering the SIM card code voilá, full internet browsing. First, it is extremely difficult removing the battery cover, second, instructions are written in 1mm size and hard to read. My device had a defective SIM card slot, but I was able to use it. It is an inexpensive wifi hotspot and battery duration could get you 5 to 6 hours without charge; it gets a bit hot if you keep it inside a backpack while on. In general, it is worth it especially for traveling overseas having immediate internet connection when you land.

Anesthetic looks average good. Battery will last only 4 hours after fully charged which is not conducive for traveling. It keeps on disconnecting and mentions it requires password even after connected. Switch if power sometimes not responding or on again after switching off. Unfortunately I have to get a replacement product 😕.

Heartbreaking Experience – Poor Quality and No Accountability I had high hopes when I bought two KuWFi 4G LTE Mobile WiFi devices, but both let me down in the worst way. After just a few months, the batteries on both units became dangerously swollen. I was shocked and concerned — not just about the money I spent, but about the safety risk. What made it even worse was how the manufacturer and seller handled it. Instead of standing behind their product, they deflected blame — pointing to tariffs and every excuse imaginable. No accountability, no help, no replacement. Just silence and delays. It’s been over two months of trying to get a resolution, and I’m emotionally and mentally drained. I’ve finally given up. I truly regret this purchase. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment — don’t buy this product.
