Finally found a case that works for me. Its thin, folds like a book, and most importantly --- the magnets do not affect the screen. That was an issue I found on a number of failed attempts, I would get "dead spots" on my screen that I thought was the device. Overall, very good looking case, easy to hold, works well, protects the device, and holds the pen firmly. Hopefully i will not have to buy it again, but if I do, i will.

The cover feels extremely sleek and comfortable. it is magnetic so it holds onto the device perfectly, and the pen hasn't fallen out, even when I've dropped the Kindle by mistake. Everything has a very snug, precise fit, and it all snaps into place. It stands at a nice angle and can even sit itself sideways. This however, is a niche at best feature seeing as the Kindle Scribe lacks support for landscape viewing. In addition, the grooves in the case while texturally stimulating, attract and capture dust. Trying to clean it has genuinely left more residue than I removed, from first glance. This case will get dirty, and there's very little you can do about it. In addition, while the Kindle sits perfectly upright when in landscape, the case actually is slightly off when standing in portrait, and there's give because of it. It's still rather sturdy standing up, and this is mostly a cosmetic annoyance rather than a genuine contrivance. It's very lightweight and thin, and the color and feel match the Kindle perfectly.

I see a lot of negative reviews because of the cutouts being in the wrong place. They actually are not in the wrong place! The small one next to the charger cutout is for the charge indicator light. There's no cutout for the power button because it automatically wakes up when you open it, which defeats the purpose of having to press the power button. Anyhow, I looked for a long time for a well priced, good quality cover for my Scribe and I'm so glad I didn't let the reviews deter me this one! It's well made, sturdy, it looks sleek, no cheap logos plastered across the front it's wipeable/easy to clean, and I love the different ways you can prop your Scribe up. There's a perfect spot for your pen and it's easy to get in and out. It doesn't feel like you're going to bust your pen shoving it in there like my last case. Take a chance on this! You'll be glad you did, especially because it's like half the price of most other Scribe cases. It's a great one!

This is a highly functional case that has worn well since I purchased it in 2023. I use my Kindle Scribe every day, as it is my primary notebook and preferred e-reader. This case does what most other easy-to-find cases do not, which is offer stable, compact viewing angles on my lap, desk, and in bed. I prefer to read in landscape mode with two columns, and that can easily be accommodated in one of the folded positions. I also read lying down - this case can stand on its own. It also withstands moderate pressure when writing or viewing at a gentle incline and does not have an annoying platform sticking out in front of the device like most common designs. The PU cover has faded at the edges, but the functionality is uncompromised. I hope this company will produce a similar case for the 2025 Scribe release.

It's fine, fits, performs well - but it came with a very strong odor of fish, that after deep cleaning, I cannot remove. It seems to come from the interior softer felt material.

I am so happy I saw this Scribe cover. The one I got when I purchased my Scribe opened up and over the top, with the pencil at the bottom. It's a horrible design and the tablet just sits in it loosely. It fell out on more than one occasion and it's amazing the tablet wasn't damaged. This one is a much better design. The tablet sits firmly into it and the pencil has a slot at the right. I love it! Also, one of my biggest complaints about the Scribe has been that anytime my fingers hit the edges of the screen, it would jump a page or more, forward or backward. It was very frustrating. It's not doing that now with this new case. Highly recommended.
