These shoe boxes were exactly as described. They were very easy to assemble. It took my husband and I approximately 20 minutes. The front and back snap in place nicely. The boxes stack very well and the measurements were pretty spot on for what I calculated would fit in my space. These were mostly purchased for my husband's work out shoes and dress shoes. I plan to purchase more for my shoes, as I love the clear front so that the shoes are visible. I also like the idea of your shoes being dust free. The boxes are very functional and very sturdy once put together. The front door is easy to open and close I would recommend these and I would consider them a great value and space saver for the cost. Things to point out: These are not hard acrylic they are made of sturdy plastic sides and hard plastic front and back panels. Don't let that fool you when you open the box. Once they are put together, the boxes are sturdy and will do the job for most people looking to organize their closet and shoes. Enjoy!

This product is worth the $30 sales price that I paid for it. I've seen other products that are nearly the same sell for $60. I wouldn't pay that much for this. I like the appearance. The clear and black look good in any setting. It was fairly easy to put together. I took another reviewers advice and used a flat edge screw driver to put the tabs in. You just push down the tabs and then it clicks in. You do need to be sure that you have 4 pegs and 4 slots on the same side. I didn't and had to take my first box apart. However, it didn't harm it and it was easy to do. I like that it will wipe down easily and is light enough to move by myself. I'm an over 60 yr old woman so that's important. I also like that you can assemble this in whatever configuration you want. I only gave it a four because I wish it was sturdier. I wish it was made out of hard plastic instead of the flimsy material that is used for the walls. I also wish it came in different sizes. I would love something like this that would have boxes large enough for blankets and comforters. A medium sized product for sweaters would be great! Then this product would be a key product in many houses, guest bedrooms, dorm rooms and small apartments.

XX Large fits size 12 shoes no problem. Will fit mids and high tops. A little tricky to put together but nothing too crazy. Seems to be made pretty good. The doors and the vents are made out of a harder plastic and the sides are flimsier. This isn’t an issue for me but something to think about. Will probably be buying more of these.

I would say that these shoe storage boxes do a great job at storing my pairs! They are super easy to assemble but just takes a little bit of time and the boxes feel pretty sturdy, although the clear plastic isn't has hard as I was first expecting it to be. I wear an 11.5 and even though the boxes are only rated to hold up to size 11 I have been able to get away with putting most of my shoes up there, worst case only needing to angle them up inside the box a little. The boxes also seem to hold a lot of weight as I have 12 columns of boxes for my storage but the bottom ones don't look like they're being squished or anything. One major downside to these boxes is the fact that they have changed how they made them now, and although they look pretty similar they are unable to connect with the previous boxes I've purchased. The only real differences between the old and new boxes are that the new ones don't have any text on the lid (a nice addition), the doors are a little thinner and one of the back connection pegs is moved slightly closer to the middle, causing the compatibility issues. This is unfortunate as I had 60 of their old style boxes before receiving the news ones so now not only do I not have a way to buy boxes that work with my current ones, but my new ones can't be used in my collection either. I think if you clip the back peg that isn't fitting off with some pliers or something you can get the other three in there which would be a sturdy enough connection, but this is not something a buyer should be expected to do and they really should've just made them work with the old boxes!
