I bought three of these knives over 10 years ago. Once one of them was “accidentally” left next to the stove and the blade was scorched/burnt in the flames. I headed to Amazon to see if I could find a replacement (when I got my original knives, they were only available in specialty stores. This came quickly and reminded me how wonderful this blade is again and again. It’s a good size to slice apples or pears, slice grapes, slice kiwi or cheese. It has a good “hand feel” when you hold it and the blade stays sharp for a nightly long time before it needs sharpening. I love the new designs on the blade - adorable! Great quality blade and lightweight. Wish it had a better quality handle to match. Plastic handles cheapens it. Would still buy them since they do well cutting up fruit!
