But the instructions that came with it were a little confusing and unclear so we had to pull up a YouTube video about the installation. The written instructions did not mention how to put the rear back rest on. Once we viewed the video, we were on our way to installing. There were a few extra holes we wondered if we had missed something, but they are for accessories that we did not get.

The only reason that I am giving this item one star is because it look good. The instruction was in black and not clear or visible to read at all. I basically had to use the photo on Amazon to put this item together. None of the holes lined up, I had to drill holes where I needed them to be at. I had to go and purchase the correct nuts and bolts. There is no room on the back of the golf cart after installing the rear seat, because of the way that it designed. I wish I would have purchased a more high quality item. I don't know if they are reading their reviews or not, but this item is CRAP.

Fit and finish seems OK. Packaging was fair and item is heavy, so delivery beat it up pretty bad. Seat cushions appear nicely done but metal floorboard is definitely thin. A matching rear grab bar would have been nice. Adding another brand means making it fit and not all holes for that purpose are used. Installation was easy enough.

Description and graphic are very poor, had to look at the photos on the Amazon description to see how and were pieces were to go. Parts were bent and others had to be bent with crescent wrench to make fit. Instalation hardware did not match installation instructions. Holes did not line up. Poor quality.

I followed instructions on how to uninstall parts on a golf cart and how to install this item. Instructions and photos are not very clear. I’m halfway thru the install. And grab the piece that the seat attaches to to flip. One side was bent. Then as I’m installing handrails it called for 6- 3/8x1 3/4 carriage bolts. I had zero of them, there were hex head bolts instead well they did not work. First I had to straighten the bent piece then go get bolts to finish the install. My client needed his cart and didn’t want to wait. I mean come on put the right parts in it.
