Yeah, it comes with useless metric hardware. Yeah, the holes need a little massaging with a unibit to get them to line up. Yeah, the powdercoat is crap. What do you expect; it's a $40 engine cradle from "Chi-nah". It went together easy enough; I did it in the garage in my boxer shorts while I was half-in-the-bag watching "Roadkill" reruns. Pretty sure if you have a need for an engine cradle, you can figure out a way to put this one together. If not, just ask your wife's boyfriend to do it for you. I'd buy it again. In fact, I'm gonna buy another one real quick before the tariffs hit. UPDATE: Oops, I did it again. Bought a second one for my basketcase smallblock project. Can confirm, these hold both small and big block Chevrolets and they do it well. It sucks that the bolts are metric (you think they'd figure that out already) but so what. Go buy eight 3/8" x 1" flange head bolts and let er eat.

Stand went together easily but the 8 bolts that come with it to fasten to the block, are not USS threads. Out to Home Depot I guess for some bolts.
