After having used multiple rolls of KT tape, I don't understand why, but the black color kt tape has better adhesive than the titan tan color. The black kt tape has withstood *days* of being at the beach/ocean water, baths, and pool days. I wonโ€™t use anything else ever again. When applied correctly this tape will stay on the days. I am an artist that hired to decorative paint 3 ceilings fora restaurant chain. My right bicep was hurting so I applied KT Tape. Finished all 3 ceilings in one night. The tape was rubbing against my skin near my armpit, so I started to remove the tape. I've tried other brands of tape that don't even last 12 hours. This tape stayed in place for 3 days, even through showering and sweating. After that one edge started to peel up, and there's some fraying, but not as bad as some of the more expensive tapes I've tried. It's also easy to remove and didn't irritate my skin when I removed it. Definitely helps with the pain from the torn tendon in my elbow. Would definitely recommend this tape. ... show more
