I used this pressure washer to clean out all the grime from my grill, something I've never done before but seen done with resort grills several times (wrapped the burners before washing, then turned them on afterwards and dried the grill out). It did a decent job. It also works well for washing the dirt off the vinyl siding on my house, and is strong enough to clean the wood on my deck. My big gripe about this washer is that I was planning to use it a couple nights ago and found when I unpackaged it that I couldn't connect my garden hose to it. In order to do this, I had to go to the hardware store the next day and purchase a female-female coupler. The hose and the washer each have the same male threaded connections. Why did they do this? Sounds like everyone else has encountered this issue as well. Hoses must be different in other parts of the world. Unlike my gas power washer which has tips that can be changed out for different spray patterns, the spray pattern is adjusted by turning the nozzle head. There are a couple of fan patterns (work great on the house siding), as well as varying levels of high pressure streams. This is for light cleaning and is not a heavy duty washer, but it will work great for uses around the house, i.e. washing cars, siding, etc. It's easy to move around, no gas required, and quieter than a gas-powered washer (though it still makes plenty of noise). The pressure of 1300 psi is about half that of a gas-powered washer, but that is plenty for most household needs. There is also a soap tanking for mixing soap in with the water. I haven't tried it yet but intend to use it when washing vehicles and the siding. I do have a small leak where the hose connects to the spray handle. It was small enough that I was able to work with it for now. I'll wear a swimsuit next time. Hopefully tightening the connection up will get rid of the leak. ... show more

This item came used. Soap would come out from the bottom, cable came broken. Excellent for the price but I wish I would have gotten a brand new unit.

    • Great pressure washer for small jobs with one big caveat!
I ordered this electric pressure washer to supplement my giant gas pressure washer. There are so many jobs that don't require a massive and heavy duty, gas chugging, high PSI pressure washer. I was super excited to receive this unit because my old electric pressure washer had failed. I had many small cleaning projects lined up and was ready to start right away! There were a number of large limestone pavers that had gotten very discolored over time and a fairly low pressure unit was perfect to resolve that issue. I unboxed this unit and was excited to start this project. Unfortunately, and somewhat unbelievably, this unit could not be used without purchasing an additional coupling! What the heck!? A pressure washer that you couldn't hook to your hose and use immediately? Had to take one star off for this oversight. This would be like selling you an electric small appliance, that you couldn’t operate until you went and bought a cord. Don't get caught off guard like I did! When you order this unit, make absolutely certain that you order a female to female hose coupling such as the following https://www.amazon.com/Twinkle-Star-Garden-Connector-Swivel/dp/B07L3RYJMT/ Once I had purchased and quickly installed the female-to-female coupling, the unit worked great. A few things to keep in mind: This unit does not use spray tips and instead uses an adjustable spray control built into the wand. You simply spin the tip to create the appropriate spray angle. Additionally, this unit is fairly low PSI which is perfectly suitable for washing cars, soft stone such as limestone, small homes/buildings and small areas of concrete. Conversely, you do not want to use this pressure washer on a large two-story house, long driveway, or large truck and trailer. All in all, this is a great pressure washer for small jobs and very reasonably priced. As for durability, time will tell. I have personally burned through quite a few of these small electric units, and (sadly) consider them consumables at this point. I seriously hope this one lasts longer than the typical season or two. ... show more

    • Mfg. replaced the first, defective, item, and the new units works well.
After I rec'd the original unit, and finally got a chance to use it I had a problem with it. Not long after I posted my review, the Mfg./vendor got in touch and sent a free replacement unit. Another delay, and I'm finally able to update my review to say the new unit works well. It has an adjustable nozzle on the end of the wand, so you can change spray patterns without even turning off the flow to replace the usual spray tip. The rest is pretty typical for an electric pressure washer. This is a light-duty unit compared to others on the market, but it will clean off most yard items at a good price-point. The water hose inlet attachment point is a male thread, so you may need a female-to-female adapter to connect a garden hose if the free end is 'male'. ... show more
