Very nice, plush and comfortable. I bought for my daughter. It was missing the hardware, which is only 4 screws, washers, and a hex tool. It shows it in the directions but no parts to be found. I bought this chair for my office which is pink and black. The chair is comfortable but be aware the back is low so you cannot lean back or recline in this chair. The material it is made out of is nice and soft. There are no wheels so no rolling around in it unfortunately. It sits in one spot. So if I need to scoot closer to my desk, I have to pick up the chair and move it where I want it to be. So, if you don't mind those things then you will like this chair.
