I don't know what all the bad reviews are. I expected it to be broken but it's packaged very well with very thick protection. The ceramic is nice and thick and it's well built. The side caps for covering the holes are kind of dumb but that's not a huge deal.

We purchased this toilet in December 2023. It was installed in January 2024 and worked well. Then in March we noticed some sort of leak from the base. We contacted Deer Valley via email. Within 24 hours we received a response and a request for a video and photos. Our pix were difficult (tight spaces fat hands), but the manufacturer shipped us a replacement which arrived in another week. Once we were able to get access to the defective fixture, video and pix showed where the problem had occurred and customer service was satisfied. Bear in mind they shipped a replacement BEFORE we had been able to show more than a trickle on the floor. We are very impressed and heartily recommend Deer Valley. ... show more

This toilet was awful. The install was an unnecessary struggle, the wax ring was bad, and started leaking/ excreting sewer gas after about a month. I had to pay for a plumber. He said this is a cheap toilet. Just save yourself the trouble and get a Kohler or something else.

I really like this toilet it was very easy to installed we do not need to asseble anything evriyhing is there. All we hove to do was aline it, tie the scrws, conect the water hose and cover the sides holes.
