The frame and size is great but the material of the steps is super cheap they bent the first time my 14 year old stepped on it and he's only like 120 pounds

First of all it did not have the 2 caps on the rear feet so it dug into my wood floor the first time it was used. Then my husband who is about 230 lbs stepped up on it and the top step bent. Wish I could find a sturdier one that doesn't have hand rails.

This ladder is kind of dangerous. I'll open it all the way and climb up - some of the time it'll open more under my weight and I'm not a large woman, otherwise I wouldn't need a step ladder in the first place. The feet also are rubberized so it slides easily.
