This thing has been great! I've had it almost a year and it holds a surprising amount of stuff, especially if it's just for one or two people. Runs super quiet, barely even know it's there half the time and don't really notice it affecting our electric bill. When I got it I thought I'd need help dragging it up my apartment stairs but I was able to pick it up and carry it upstairs easily by myself, so if you aren't super strong that's not an issue. It's the perfect size for the corner of my garage with access right off the kitchen. I've only had it a year but it held up well in the Arizona summer heat. Did I mention it's IN THE GARAGE! I did not check if there was a significant increase in my utility bill year-over-year to run it in the hot months -- it held up through the soaring 110˚+ temps so I'm good with it. ... show more

I received my freezer early however, after plugging it in, the compressor stopped working after a short time ang got extremely hot. I contacted the manufacturer and I am waiting to hear back from them. So far, I am VERY displeased with this item.

I loved the freezer but it is much smaller then the 7.0 cu ft. I have another 7.0 cu ft and it is much larger so I was some what disappointed other then size I love it.
