The genuine Samsung Evo Select line of Micro SD cards are great. They are reliable and they live up to the speed and capacity classifications they claim to. I've been using Samsung cards for years and they are the only brand that consistently doesn't give me any issues year after year. This 32GB card is no exception. However, by default the card is formatted as FAT32, but I prefer exFAT as FAT32 won't allow you to transfer a folder containing more than 4GB to the card. That's annoying if you are moving data from an old card to a new one. FAT32 has 4GB file size limitations, but on a transfer it recognizes a directory containing lots of files as 1 thing, and applies the 4GB limit. This will give you an error (in Windows anyway) that there isn't enough space available for the transfer. But if you copy the files individually it works fine. Or just format the card to exFAT and it will accept the folder that exceeds 4GB easily. exFAT will work just fine in an Android phone as well (Android 5.1 or higher. Earlier versions may have some issues with the exFAT formatting) This card handles full HD Video at 60FPS without faulting. It's write speeds are fine to use for HD video. ... show more

Perfect for my twins Kids Fire 7! Just please MAKE SURE YOU SWITCH TO AN ADULT PROFILE IN ORDER TO INSTALL THE CARD. If you try to do it from the kids profiles, IT WONT WORK. I read some reviews of people returning. DON'T. Just follow the steps below: 1. Turn on the tablet 2. Switch to YOUR profile (an adult person) 3. Insert the microSD card in the side slot, push it in GENTLY with your nail or a paperclip until it clicks. The golden teeth should be facing DOWN, meaning, the name of the card is facing the screen of the tablet. 4. Go to Settings 5. Storage 6. You will see the SD card option there as storage. Click it It will ask you if you wanna transfer all content downloaded to the tablet from the tablet to the card. Click yes, it will clear all the space in the tablet. It will take from 2 to 5 minutes, depending on the content 7. Voila! Your card is ready 8. SWITCH BACK to your child's profile. 9. Give the tablet to your child WITH THE COVER ON 10. See the happy face when they can download all the games they want, including OmNom's crazy race... No need to restart. No need to return. Just make sure you get a card from the list suggested by Amazon. These SanDisk 64gb cards are perfect and they come with the adapter. So cheers and happy day! ... show more

Good value/price. It was not clear whether I would receive 2 cards and one adapter or 2 of each. I got two retail packages, each with a micro-SD card and an SD adapter. Have only tried one set but the first one appears to work fine in my Fire HD tablet. No indication that this product is refurbished.
