We were hesitant, but are now fan boys of Kraus. Faucet works very well. Easy swing spigot and smooth water control. Others have mentioned the plastic sprayer. Don't let that bother you. It is high quality molded, not the cheapy stuff you often get with fixtures. And the spray is better that our previous $300 Delta. We also opted for the matching matte black air gap and soap dispenser. The air gap is very high quality and so is the soap dispenser. And the 3 matte black items match perfectly. I fixed the old faucet tap on the kitchen sink on my Rental Property so that it worked again, but this was a 12-year old Delta fixture. It wasn't supposed to be a swivel faucet, but they used it like that. It was still cheap metal-coated plastic. When I saw this KRAUS fixture and the price, I was excited. This is nearly an exact copy in terms of design, quality materials and construction of a Kohler fixture that retails for $420.00. Gettint this for $120.00 was a savings of $300.00. The faucet is gorgeous, but it sits too close to the back of the sink causing water to splash onto countertops. Also, the angle of the spout would be more convenient if it were angled towards the middle of the sink instead of straight down. The water isn’t turning hot either… worked fine on old faucet. Bought and installed in May 2022. Clear instructions and videos available online to walk through each part and how to install. (we are not handy people at all) This faucet has had no issues: does not show water marks from our heavy well water, swivels smoothly between basins and it’s fantastic that the arm holding the sprayer can swivel too, no paint chipping, stream to spray works flawlessly. Purchased and installed in 2018 - still performs flawlessly, looks great, and is versatile. The only drawback I can think of is a user related one - every now and again I miss the catch for the nozzle or the nozzle slips out of my hand and I soak myself with water. Whoops.
