So far this has been a great freezer. It didn't have casters but at 168 lbs we were able to move it to where we wanted it easily. It cooled down quickly and runs quietly using a regular household plug. I haven't had it long enough to speak to it's reliability but it appears well built. There was a problem with the shipping company getting hold of us so I had a chance to interact with customer service.
