We told them as well that the freezer is full they said it will be taken care of. A week and a half later nothing no returned email or calls after that and we finally found someone to loan us a way to keep our food to find out that it completely failed and we lost all of our meat. So far this has been a great freezer. It didn't have casters but at 168 lbs we were able to move it to where we wanted it easily. It cooled down quickly and runs quietly using a regular household plug. I haven't had it long enough to speak to it's reliability but it appears well built. There was a problem with the shipping company getting hold of us so I had a chance to interact with customer service. I am very confident that if I did have a problem they would stand by their product. At this time though this Freezer is perfect and I look forward to years of use out of it. ... show more

I purchased this product 4 months before needing it. I stored it in my warehouse. When I was ready to use it I opened it and plugged it in and it would not freeze. The unit ran but no freeze. I contacted the company and was told a replacement unit would be sent and after 2 weeks no answer. So I called to find out where the new unit was and was told they will not warranty the unit because I was reselling it which was a lie. I corrected them and they still refused to repair or replace the unit. So now I am left with a worthless unit and still need a chest freezer. ... show more
