I purchased this product 4 months before needing it. I stored it in my warehouse. When I was ready to use it I opened it and plugged it in and it would not freeze. The unit ran but no freeze. I contacted the company and was told a replacement unit would be sent and after 2 weeks no answer. So I called to find out where the new unit was and was told they will not warranty the unit because I was reselling it which was a lie. I corrected them and they still refused to repair or replace the unit. So now I am left with a worthless unit and still need a chest freezer. ... show more

Plugged in and it was clicking and clacking. Damage to the side. The delivery person is taking it back. We have to go out and buy a freezer. How can you compensate us?

    • Stopped working after only 7 months.
The condensor on this freezer stopped working after only 7 months, and I can't get anyone to respond to service inquiries. So both product and company suck!!! Stay away.

This company does not Honor their end of a sale. I purchased a kratos freezer and it came faulty it stopped working and I tried to exchange it and they refused and I am stuck with a crappy nonworking freezer don't waste your money or time with these people!!!!!!! Their customer service really stinks. They don't even deserve one star but I had to put it if not I would not be able to submit my review ... show more
