We love these pergolas for our backyard in San Diego. We started buying them in 2019. Not difficult to assemble, just need to move slowly and make sure you pay close attention to the instructions when assembling the retractable roof/canopy. We have ordered different color canopies over the years and they are all surprisingly waterproof. I now have 4 of these in my backyard. For the price, these really hold up in our area. We had one wrong piece in a recent order. They rushed us a new piece in time for our event. A+ customer service.

Great Product!. Added outdoor curtains with tension rods which helped with stability. I purchased all on Amazon. used Flower pots with cement to secure. Order was missing 1 rod & C/S was zippy on response. I highly recommend you also purchase an additional shade cuz you will want to keep this around. Very easy for 2 geezers to put together. Great Value

Finished installing took about four hours two people sometimes three people to help. No missing parts. Couple of damage parts as seen in the photos. Canopy can probably use some drainage holes for rain. The overall unit is Not very sturdy, but I did use anchor bolts at the bottom. The company recommended 3/8 3 inch anchor bolts for the cement. It does come with anchor bolts, but they didn’t look very sturdy. Not gonna worry too much about the damage parts cause I don’t think I’m gonna take it apart. One A-frame was damaged and a B1 was damaged. Not too noticeable so I’m gonna leave it as is. I will see how it holds up to Florida weather. One more thing, the strap that attaches to the canopy to be able to string, it out should be slightly longer or better design, so that short of people can reach it and tighten it without using a ladder.

Very disappointed, seemed like something was off from the beginning, random pieces were not packaged like others. Didn't get very far putting together because screw holes did not match up. Honestly just seemed cheap and like an open box item. Sucks we are just disappointed. ALSO THE COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND BACK TO ME ABOUT RETURNING AND GETTING REFUND
