The only downside to these chairs is being made in China, but that being said, the chairs seem sturdy. Went together well and the company that sells them is here is USA, so any communication, etc is easy. I'm sure they'll last us for a good amount of years - are comfortable and seem like they will stand up to our weather. We had one issue with an arm not being made properly, but the customer service was excellent and had a new arm to us within a few days!

There was some assembly required, but that was expected. The parts were machined well and went together easily with easy to follow instructions. They are sturdy (we are big people) and really comfortable. And. . . they look great! I've seen these chairs go for double the price in the stores and they weren't even as good a quality. I would highly recommend them. We purchased 10 of them to go around a large outdoor table. They're perfect.

The chairs came without the backs but customer service took care of the problem. I had the back within 3 days. The chairs are the right height, looks good, comfortable and the right price. Would have been a 5 star but had to wait for the backs to be delivered.

Wife and I are semi handicapped. We ordered these chairs which are lower than bar stools which would would make it easier. To sit on and eat on our counter. Bottom line is the ball bearings from the swivel feel out all over the floor. Poor quality to sat the least. Problem is being disabled I cant return these. Only one chair was only assembled from the two piece set. Friend took 3 hours to assembled. I am a heavy Amazon Shopper and I never had such a poor quality item like this before and my wife is complaining about the oil stains on her wool throw rug which we may or may not be able to clean. These chairs are going out to the garbage. I am aware Amazon will not reimburse me the $205 because this cant be returned hopefully you will do something to help out with the cost of a really bad product . Your records show I am a more than frequent Amazon user. And since I became handicapped I am using Amazon more frequently. Can you help out. Pictures show the product issues

This 2-pack of chairs was bought to serve as a contrasting pair to the other 4 outdoor counter height chairs and dining area that we already had. The powder coat finish was a close match to our existing chairs and the cushions an acceptable contrast. This was a great value purchase - the frame on these chairs are screwed together (but easy to assemble) vice our original chairs being welded but the look is identical and the price is about 25% of what we had otherwise paid. We did receive 3 bottom cushions and one back cushion but a quick email was all it took to get a replacement cushion for the back. The only thing we wish they had was individual height adjustments on the legs to compensate for uneven floors. Regardless - great product overall!

Completed the chairs look good and are fairly comfortable, Assembly was tolerable. Some issues where the back, arms and seat are screwed together. Some of the welds don't allow screws to catch. Keep a mallet and clamp or two close by. The biggest disappointment were the scratches and dents on parts just unwrapped. All in all I do not think they are worth $100+ per chair.

Great for 6 months then chairs frames began to bend. No one more than 220 lbs ever sat in them. Now, can't use them. Paid over $300 for 2 chairs. Very expensive considering their lifespan and it looks like several others have had the same experience. Don't buy!
