  • I was skeptical.... I was skeptical....
Color: 10ft x12ft
#1 complaint....the shipping company RoadRunner Freight = AWFUL, RUDE AND TOOK WAY TOO LONG. Shipping from New Jersey I receive LTL freight shipments in 3 days....I ordered on 9/22, they picked it up on the 23rd - lost the pallet, had to do a dock search and finally received it on 10/11! The box truck that delivered it wouldn't go down my road - fortunately we have a cat skid steer so could grab the pallet off the truck and drive it home.....not sure how anyone else would have done it. Box was damaged, we noted it and the driver made a claim just incase there was damage. Fast forward.... We immediately started pulling all the pieces out and separating label side up, there were a lot but nothing overwhelming. Took about 20 minutes. There was NO Damage!!! They are boxed and labeled very well. A few bent areas on a few pieces but nothing to cause issue and no dents on the actual outside frame. We got started right away, I took pics and videos of every step and progress. We cracked out the whole frame in about 4.5 hours I believe (I said the time on one of my videos) we waited for the roof which is what all the frustration in reviews I was preparing for. The second day we got started on the roof panels....holy cow I thought it was going to be more of a pain! The side brackets are powdercoated so the hanger parts are sort of stuck down....a gentle nudge of the flat head screwdriver just to "unstick" the powdercoating and the fit amazingly and snug. There were a few that we inadvertently got carried away and did pry open a little much (which will cause much frustration of the brackets falling off while you are fitting them in the tracks) TRUST ME....JUST LIGHTLY PRY IT OPEN NOT UP!!! Truthfully, after the first 2-3 top roof panels the thing came together nicely. I word of advice...in the instructions it shows how the panels go up and so we did just that....the next page said bolt in each panel as you go. I am pretty sure this would possibly have made it go a little faster but I didn't read the next page til after we got the panels up. (My hubs heard my..."uhhh ooops" and the typical "oh, chele :( " came out - we thought we were going to have to remove all the panels but we did not. The longest part of the roof panels was all the bolts, there are a lot of them. Second day we completed the build in about 4 hours. All in all, I am very satisfied with this purchase! It is lighter than some others we were considering so I was nervous but this thing is very sturdy. There are a few areas in the roof panels where I can see light so they may be shifted a little up at the brackets by the roof - if it leaks we can seal it...not really an issue. Lastly, I was worried how the "wood grain" was going to look on metal...but it seriously looks amazing! I would 100% recommend this gazebo and I am very glad we decided to go with this one! I emailed and called several times because of the shipping delays - they always emailed back - return phone calls never happened but that is ok - I stayed up on it with the shipper. ... show more

  • Nice design and build quality.
Color: 10ft x12ft
Awesome gazebo. It’s very nice, sturdy and well built parts. If I were to be critical I would say the aluminum roof panels could be thicker. They feel flimsy at times. Also the rubber grommets that support the metal roof need a slight redesign because they don’t stay in place when you put the panel together. There are like 40 of them. Other than that I think the Gazebo is great. ... show more

  • Excellent Gazebo - Tips Below
Color: 12ft x16ft
We bought a 12x16 gazebo, and I'm extremely happy with the purchase. Some people noted that their delivery people were rude -- ours was extremely friendly and even offered to help carry some of the boxes down to where we were setting the pad up. I assembled the 12x16 gazebo by myself over about 20 hours with only a few problems. Hints for assembly: - The manual is relatively helpful but youtube videos are essential, especially for telling how parts fit together. - The included tools are terrible. An impact driver works really well, but a ratchet set will do in a pinch. - Setting up the initial frame (legs + cross pieces) was the only place where it would've been really helpful to have another person. But you can manage with an extra ladder. - When assembling the roof, ignore the instructions. Put up all of the roof supports (M, N and N1, then P and Q) before you put up the top of the roof. Also, don't just put up the M supports (like they do in a youtube video) or you may rip out the bolts. - Pay close attention to the difference between the N and N1 supports. They're identical except some of them have extra holes which will be important later. If you mess it up (like I did) it's easy to drill additional holes through the supports without hurting structural integrity. - The z-clips are annoying but not too bad. For the upper roof, put in the T supports before putting in the panels (the panels will slip in) and it's a lot easier. For the lower roof, ignore the directions and start in the middle of each side and build the panels out towards the edges. - When it calls for a specific bolt that you've run out of, don't panic. You probably have to undo one of the bolts you already put in to slot the new piece in. Thoughts on finishing the gazebo: - We've had a number of heavy storms and no leaking. However, it was really important to caulk everything to prevent mosquitoes coming in, not because of the rain. - I mounted the gazebo on cement blocks on top of a gravel pad. Then used anchors with wire rope to ensure the blocks didn't move. It worked well but required buying a roll of 8" screen and sewing it onto the bottom of the screen curtain. On the plus side, the gazebo's a bit taller this way. - The hooks that hold the screen onto the four corner posts come undone easily. I solved this by using velcro with adhesive backing (and sewed it to the curtain) and it works great. Suggestions to the manufacturer: - Emphasize the difference between the N and N1 pieces in the manual. - Switch to hex head bolts instead of bolts that use an allen key. They'd be about the same price but a lot easier to use. - Include some adhesive velcro (see above). All in all, it looks like something we'll enjoy for many years to come. ... show more

  • Great product but instructions give you extra work Great product but instructions give you extra work
Color: 12ft x16ft
Installation is a beast (if you follow instructions)! 1) don’t tighten the top immediately 2) don’t put the tabs on the panels until you are about to install the specific panel (it just results in rework) 3) track hooks go on inner rail only (you need to purchase the privacy curtain separately and it comes with additional track hooks for the outer track Overall, if we built another it would be much easier. You live and learn. In any case. It looks great. Is sturdy. Worth the time and effort to install. Would buy again. ... show more

  • Our Gazebo project
Color: 10ft x12ft
KOZYARD, We purchased our KOZYARD APPOLO 10 x 12 Gazebo through AMAZON on June 28 2025. It arrived on time on July 8 as promised in 5 sturdy, well packed, undamaged boxes. The delivery driver placed them in our garage perfectly. My wife and I assembled the Gazebo ourselves following the enclosed instructions, that were very clear and for the most part easy to understand. We did look at a couple of YouTube videos made by other customers to get a good visual of the assembly process. That helped a lot. It took us 4 days to complete the assembly. It was pretty hot here in Central Illinois so we only worked about 4 hours a day. Everything went together as described in the instructions. All the fasteners and parts were perfectly labeled so it was easy to keep track of everything. We are 100% satisfied with your product and would recommend it to our friends and family. It compliments our backyard. Thank you for producing a quality product. We appreciate it. Sent from my iPad ... show more

  • Awesome gazebo!!
Color: 12ft x20ft
It takes a bit to assemble but if you study & follow the instructions it’s doable for 2-3 people to complete in 2 days. We did a lot of research before buying this one and are extremely pleased. All parts were in the boxes & nothing was damaged during shipment. Also their customer service is very good - an important factor in making the choice of which unit to purchase. All in all we love it. Sturdy, attractive & makes our back patio much more useable. I give it 5 stars ... show more

Color: 12ft x16ft
A very beautiful gazebo has become the jewel of our backyard. The assembly instructions are quite clear, although it took us almost 2 full days to assemble the gazebo. We fixed it with screws to the deck, which is what we recommend to everyone - an extremely durable construction in this case. Perfect fit and good value. Thanks to the seller! ... show more

  • Finished assembly of Kozyard Apollo gazebo
Color: 10ft x12ft
Looks nice, good quality. Please be advised that the assembly time of 6 hours is grossly underestimated with 3 people. There are over 700 screws, fasteners, brackets, and spacers. It took me a total time of 26 hours. Others have indicated several days for completion. The assembly instructions have a couple flaws. One being the top roof panel (K1). Do not attach this panel until the roof panels are installed and secured. The little clip on brackets Z,Z1, and Z2 do not stay secured during assemble and the S spacers require tape or super glue. Not included and some bolts are not sufficient length. The build quality once completed is quite good. Assemble is very tedious if you do not like a challenge. It does look good once completed. A positive is that the 5 boxes, once they all arrive, mine arrived in two shipments, is that the boxes are packaged in relationship to the assemble instruction. You may want to write the Box number required for the parts needed for the assembly Step in the instruction manual. Example: Box 2 for Step 1: set up poles. Very stable once assembled. Have fun with the assembly and take your time. ... show more
