I'm very surprised how well this machine works. First off I flushed it out about 15 times and washed outside of machine and all parts included. There are 4 compartments, one for each type of brewing ,which is SO NICE TO HAVE in case you run out of one of them ! Now ,I used the ground coffee ☕️ compartment and the espresso pod compartment and didn't have any problems ,coffee and espressos tasted better than my other regular coffee ☕️ machines. I used illy E.S.E. Coffee Capsules pods that I bought here from Amazon which are the correct size (44mm) for this machine ,see picture of my espresso which made a lovely froth . I didn't try the Nespresso Dolce Gusto capsules, and K cup compartments because I had no K cups or Nespresso pods. Yes it makes noise, but it isn't bad and its only for seconds so not a big deal. Also ,very easy to use,power button ,amount of water (they call it volume) and start butto ,there's also an indicator light of how much water you choose op to level 7 which is enough from small shot of espresso to a full cup of coffee in a mug. I only have one complaint, but not removing a star ✨️ ( because this machine works so well )and that is the temperature. I love my coffee extremely hot and this machine doesn't make really hot coffee. So I have to throw my brew in microwave every time. That being said, thru out my years of using many coffee machines I only had one machine that made really hot coffee, and that machine isn't working any longer after almost 7 years,and it only made one type of coffee ,K cup. I also wish I could fit a taller mug onto this machine ,but can't, so I have to tilt mug. At this price point I say grab this machine now,it really is a a great machine ,especially that you can choose from making 4 different types of coffee,how fantastic is that ! I just hope motor /pump last a decent amount of time. I will update on its longevity. PS: I wish they made a 44mm tamper for the espresso compartment ,can't find one at all. Will help save money making your own pucks instead of buying espresso pods.

We have a Keurig coffee maker that's been on the fritz lately. We have been debating about whether or not to get another Keurig or maybe try a Nespresso machine. I ran across this machine on Amazon and it seemed to be the best of both worlds plus some so I ordered it to give it a try. This machine is very versatile supporting the use of K-cups, Nespresso pods, ground coffee, and ESE (although I'm not familiar with this last one). So far, I've used K-cups and ground coffee and have been pleased with the results. When used with ground coffee, it produces a very nice froth (see picture) like you get when ordering a cup of coffee at Starbuck's. K-cup performance is solid as well although you don't get the froth with K-cups. I haven't tried Nespresso pods or ESE yet. There are two volume buttons that allow you to have two presets for the amount of coffee that is brewed. The factory defaults are 2 ounces and 6 ounces. We adjusted the 6 ounce button up to about 10 ounces which is the size of the coffee cups that we use. The brewed coffee tastes good and is just about the strength that the wife and I like. The instruction manual is complete and gives you information how to use the different attachments, required maintenance, and what to do before you use the machine the first time. There is a tradeoff that comes with the versatility. There is a pile of attachments that you need to store (see second picture) as each cup type has its own holder, and there are coffee tampers and a tube required for maintenance. One of the holders supports both ESE and ground coffee so this holder has two different metal cups. I'm sure that over time we'll lose at least one of the pieces. There are a couple of slight negatives with the unit. First, the temperature of the brewed coffee is cooler than I'd like. If you were to drink the whole cup of coffee as soon as it was brewed it would be fine. But I listen to or read the news in the morning while I'm drinking my coffee and by the time I'm toward the bottom of the cup it is too cool. Second, the water tank is too small. We only get two full cups of coffee per tank when we use the button that we've set to 10 ounces. This issue is complicated by the fact that the feet of the unit are suction cups which stick to our counter tops so when we try to slide the unit out for the frequent tank refills it is a bit of a pain. All-in I like the coffee maker and will continue to use it. I'll get the temp I want by putting the brewed cup in the microwave and will deal with the small tank and attachments.
