Pretty happy overall with this chair for the price. It is very sturdy. No issues with unboxing or setup. The control is smooth and reliable. Some improves on this item would be: The seat pad and back bad are a bit on the thin side. The chair does need to be put in power setting 3-5 to turn on carpet. My biggest complaint is the seat recline control knob is placed on the right side of the seat, and too high, which pokes you right in the tail bone or behind when transferring to the car or bed. I put a tennis ball on it, but the knob should be lower and not as pointy. Overall, I would buy this again :) ... show more

Quick to assemble. Battery was the hardest to attach. Runs well . Need to accelerate to go up gradual hills. Very comfortable seat and reclines nicely too. However the total weight of 90 lb is too heavy to load into car or get into home with stair entry. You need a trailer or expensive handicap van to transport it anywhere. Could only use around the yard and park in garage. Had to order lighter folding chair to travel. ... show more

Very good chair for the money. Setup is easy. 3 speed ranges are nice. Sized for up to about 6-foot-tall person. Several small complaints: - the speed needs to be set to the faster ranges in order to have power to go up much of an incline; uses momentum vs low end torque. - the battery must be removed so the bracket can be unbolted in order to fold the chair for transport. I understand wanting to remove battery, but bracket should be designed to remain in place when folding the chair. - the cushion material seems pretty cheap and cushions a relatively thin; probably will cover or replace them with more durable versions. ... show more

Arrived with the package torn just a little but the merch was intact. Set up is simple and easy with the assistance of the guide. It is heavy to me but manageable.
