We are using this organization bag for a mobility scooter. It really could attach to anything with a bar or handle like a wheelchair or a stroller. Would probably work on a lot of bunkbeds or loft beds too. The back attaches using 3 long velcro strips that are adjustable to almost any diameter handle or bar. The bag material is an okay quality. The price was less than $4 when I got this, so I think the quality is great for the price. You have to keep in mind that it is like a canvas material, but it ultimately is a bag with no hard backing to keep it's shape. While it can easily hold a waterbottle, sunglasses or a phone, it does kind of slouch. It would better if something hard was in the back like a note book or even a piece of cardboard to help keep it from slouching. Overall it's an excellent value for the price. It gives us a place to store a few more items. I think I will actually trim down an old flexible plastic cutting board to put in that back pocket to help it support everything better but it works fine as is.

Does not stop when joystick is released. Will cause accidents in a store UNSAFE. Fine on smooth surface. Does not stear properly on declining surface. More like a carnival ride. I have a golden scooter, it breaks almost instantly. When the throttle is released. Braking shows poor quality and lack of engineering.
