Well, it looks cool. The pull-out adapters make putting in pods very easy. Also, easy to clean, something missing from another model they make. Controls are easy to use, and the drinks look pretty in my glass mugs. The K-cup adapter works, I haven't used it much. For ground coffee, I use a K-cup adapter with K-cup paper filters to brew, the 19 mbar pressure would shred an unguarded paper filter. The Dolce Gusto pods make more interesting drinks, I use it a lot. and can play with the water quantity selector (8 bars, touch controlled) to get the coffee the way I like. Temp has 3 settings, I'm usually in the middle. By the way, if you don't want to take the water container out to fill it, it has a flip up lid for pouring in water from a pitcher.

It's easy, they back their product up, I haven't had any problems with it ,plus you can use different pods ,k cup, esa pods , original Nespresso pods , and you get a hot cup of coffee great for the price

i was supper excited to purchase this machine, thinking it would replace my nescafe and kureig. unfortunely it is not going to work out. the product is sturdy, but the selection panel is not self explanatory and to make a single cup of k cup coffee is a reall process. it doesn't just open up for yo to insert the pod, you litterally have to take the lower half out place a pod close a lid and then put the black pod holder back in. when i used it on my normal k cup the coffee was extremely week. And also not hot. i thought maybe i had selected cold coffee, considering the selection panel, which is touch screen and not very sensitive either, i was unable to select the correct amount of water to be used, i don't know why but it wouldn't let me adjust it. I have a feeling that it requires me to change the actual type of coffee brewing device. it came with four different lower halves, one for each of the type of brew you want. aka espresso grounds, espresso pods, k cup and some varients of others that i don't actually have. I was so hopeful this was going to be amazing, space saving, and easy to use. But its functionality is very disappointing and not going to save me time.

After my latest Keurig died when just outside of warranty, I vowed no more Keurigs for me. But because I had so many K-cups, I needed a coffee maker that would be compatible with them. I did lots of research and chose this one. I’ve had it about two months now, and these are my impressions: The good: Very small footprint—takes up very little space on my counter. Seems to be sturdily made. I love the versatility it offers by accommodating different types of coffee pods. The water reservoir is deceptively large—I was surprised at how many cups I could brew before needing to refill. Needs improvement: It’s loud—really loud. Even at the hottest setting, the coffee is not hot enough for my taste. Takes about a minute to heat up when it’s first turned on. It drips a LOT when the brew cycle is finished. The cup size scale is not marked, just a series of lines from larger to smaller. I would prefer if ounces were marked. It took a bit of trial and error to find the right cup size for me. I would love it if it indicated when it’s time to descale so I don’t have to keep track. Overall, I’m pleased with this coffee maker. While it’s by no means perfect, for me the good outweighs the bad.

We bought the Kotlie Coffee Machine because my wife's hairdresser has one and her customers make many cups of delicious coffee daily! Our new Kotlie machine and it worked perfectly until something failed prematurely. I called the coffee machine's support number and Maricel, a customer support person, suggested that I take video of the failure, which I did, and a replacement machine arrived two days later! The new machine works perfectly and we are very pleased with the device and the company's coustomer support. We recommend buying the Kotlie Coffee Machine.
